TEXT

The text is used to deliver information in my interactive multimedia project. It helps in

highlighting the main points in my interactive multimedia project and help the targeted
audience to understand better.

GRAPHIC

Graphics in my interactive multimedia project helps the targeted audience to get more
information faster and clearer in a static visual display or in an image. Pictures are simple
graphics used in my interactive multimedia project to make it more interesting and
entertaining. Using picture as a theme also help to attract viewers’ attention.

ANIMATION

Animation is basically the combinations of many pictures to form moving images or dynamic
visual display. Animation is used in the transition between pages to create visual effects in
my interactive multimedia project making it more interesting to the targeted audience.

AUDIO

Audio in my interactive multimedia project are the recorded sounds from my video shots and
the background music for interactive multimedia project. Audio helps to build the targeted
audience interest in my interactive multimedia project.

VIDEO

Video is a dynamic media that is very effective in information delivery since it consist of
audio and moving images. It process both elements at the same time so that the audio and
images is in sync.Video in my interactive multimedia project are the video shots taken
portraying the content which help the targeted audience to understand better the messages
that want to be conveyed.

3.1.2 Element’s Of Design

SHAPE

Shape is a two-dimensional line with no form or thickness. Shapes are flat and can be
grouped into two categories, geometric and organic. Shapes are used in every page of my
multimedia project .

TEXTURE

Texture is the surface quality of a shape: rough, smooth, soft, hard, glossy, etc. Texture can
be physical or visual. Texture is applied in text, shapes and image in my interactive
multimedia project.

3.3 OVERALL STORY
This interactive multimedia project consist of 6 pages. The first page is the title screen. In the
title screen, there will be an option whether the viewers choose to view the content or exiting
the interactive multimedia project. The second page is the content list where it display the
contents in a list of icon and the viewer can click on the icon to view the content they wished
to see. The third page is the overview of smartphone usage where it gives general information
on the usage of a smartphone. The fourth page is the Do’s and Don’ts of Ethical of
Smartphone Usage where it tell the correct etiquette when using a smartphone . The fifth
page is the Video Shots where a few video shots will be shown to depicting the Do’s and
Don’ts of Ethical Smartphone Usage. The last page is About Us where the list of developer
team developing the interactive multimedia are shown.

3.4 INITIAL PROTOTYPE

An initial prototype is used for the arrangement of the website. It is also used for file
estimation. This initial prototype will be implemented to the real prototype after finish.
