Business Descpription

 Chocolate, the most favorite snacks in this day. Everyone Loves chocolate very much. From kids,
teenagers, until adult definitely likes this snacks. And from this facts we think to make some
little business to make and sell a chocolate. We called ‘’MINY CHOCOLATES’’. We chose this
business because we thinks this chocolate is easy to consume and almost every people love
chocolate. It’s very simple and not difficult to consume. In other side, We don’t need much
capital to make it.

Target Market

 As a starter business we already do some observation about our product and as we know
everybody loves chocolate. Not only kids but also adult.

Pricing Power

 About the price we don’t think to get much profit. We just make the price easy for the
consumers.

Trend Growth

 We think this business will growth of course its Not easy. But we sure this business will growth
with some consistent innovation.

Product and Service

In this business we sell a product to our customer. Named ‘’MINY CHOCOLATES”


PART 2: VISION AND MANAGEMENT TEAM

 Our vision is to sell our product to our customers in order to make our customers become
satisfied and of course to get some profit.

Management Team

 We do not need a person that must have a first degree title in this business. Because this
business is easy to operate. This business consist of three person. And each of us have our own
job here.

Marketing Strategy

 Our marketing strategy is we sell the product directly to the consumers. With this way of course
we can get closer with our consumers and our consumer can give some comment directly to us
about our product.

Competition Analysis

 Now a day we know that there are so many chocolates seller. But we think our product is
different. So we can get some place of our consumers.

Design and Development plan

 Design and development plan will be focused on our market. We will develop our market for at
least next one year. Today, our market is everyone in faculty and also Hilda’s nephew
elementery school sometime, but we will develope it become everyone in this campus, and it
will continue to grow in the next-next year. And the development in market will be directly
proportional in the development of our financial sector

Operation Management

Business Organization :

 This is just a small business. The organizational strusture is not like a usual business. This
business operate by three person.

 Legal Consideration: We think because we are just start a small business we dont need to have
some legal considertion yet.

Risk :

 The risk in this business is almost there is no risk because if we can’t sell our products today, We
can save it in refrigerator or we can eat it by ourselves.
Insurance

   There is no insurance in this business. This is just a small business. And we think the risk will be
the small one also. So, we think we do not need any insurance for now.

Plant and Building

The production process is at one of our members house. And we don’t have a building to sell our
products. Because now we just sell the product directly to consumers
