    Entire construction activity is carefully planned giving due consideration to flight
    safety. MOWP is developed.

    ALARP:
    Concept/Design and Execution level approval for entire project is requested from
    DGCA. However Commissioning level approval shall be obtained in two phases.
    Special efforts shall be made to expedite the construction of all link taxiways
    connecting Parallel Taxi Track to Runway.
