Description of the Project

Every day, our world evolves in unexpected ways. The future affords us the opportunity to create limitless invention that is
unrestricted by our aspirations. Thousands of structures are being built in our reality as a result of the discovery of a
blossoming new age and optimism. These structures are huge, exceptional, and revolutionary. While predicting the future is
challenging, it should be achievable due to our drive to make strides. The Philippines is capable of cultivating intelligence and
the ability to engage with the future; one of its advantages is that it is well-known for its gorgeous landscape and physical
topography, which attract an increasing number of tourists. Angeles City is one of the most successful instances of a
flourishing city. It is a first class, highly urbanized city in the province of Pampanga that offers settlement in a less dense area
and economic opportunities. Growing prosperity can be seen in the city's construction boom over the past decade, which
has resulted in the development of condominium buildings, hotels and resort resorts, casino resorts, foreign restaurants,
shopping malls, and leisure complexes, among other developments. Angeles City in Pampanga is a jewel of a landscape,
with an intriguing blend of traditional history and world-class structures. The city was named the single winner in the highly
urbanized city category. Additionally, the city was nominated for Central Luzon's Best One-Stop-Shop (BOSS). Angeles is
also catching up with Pampanga's burgeoning business sector, with new strips of local food restaurants, boutiques, and
beauty & wellness stores such as JD Soles, Ledeecia Salon and Skin Care, Oxford Barber Shop, The Optometrist, Ropali
Motorbelle, The Reading Station, and Arcadia Spa Massage. One of the city's most popular tourist attractions is its own
'Walking Street,' Fields Avenue in Balibago. The Walking Street has a fascinating history, having entertained soldiers from
the then-operational Clark Air Base. Today, it is establishing a reputation as a culinary, entertainment, and gambling
destination for tourists from all over the world. It is also well-known for its vibrant nightlife, with numerous bars catering to
both domestic and international travelers. The primary objective of this study is to come up with a sustainable and
innovative project while preserving and promoting the city’s culture by means of imposing a design solution for a Mixed-
used development in Brgy. Pampang, Angeles City, Pampanga. The Mixed used development will be composed of a
Lifestyle Shopping Mall and Amusement Park with Interactive Park.
