Terms And Condition

1 Tax extra as per gov. rule

Light fittings, Geyser, Bathroom fittings, Fans and any other electric device procurement & installation has to be borne by the clients
2 strictly.
3 Extra for wall paneling @ 750 per sq. ft
if the client require a different brand or materials with a different specifications, the price will vary and the same will be added to the
4 main quotation or in the additional bill.
Any delays arising out of the Apartment/Housing management/regulations shall be considered in our timeline if not informed prior
5 to us. Ensure you have all sorts of work clearance required
Work in progress is always messy and is not final unless we say it is. Hence we encourage you to treat it that way and hold off your
6 queries till the finalization stage.
We respect time of all our customers and hence please honour the times agreed between you and the designer as we extensively
7 schedule our meetings and half hour delay of timing ends up overlapping with someone else's time.
No changes will be accepted at site during execution. Also any additional work at the site is not accepted without the confirmation
8 through mail. Oral instruction at site without approval of the respective department will not be accepted.

9 Any ITEM not added in the Quote will be included in the final bill.

10 This estimate shall not include any Light fixtures and other material like artifacts etc and items shown in 3D
Handles are complementary if the customer selects them from our catalog which has handpicked handles covering several designs
11 and styles. The price has to be borne by the customer if the handles are selected from external vendors or from different catalogue

12 This Estimation will be valid for 30 days.
