Stress is not good for the body. Stress is a survival instinct or response when the

chronic stress can be complicated.

Apart from causing mental and physical strain, stress can also cause tension and

many more physical ailments. Stress management also helps in dealing with mental
health issues such as anxiety or panic disorder.
