 Definition of announcement
Announcement means an announcement. Whether
delivered orally ir in writing an information that
aims to be known by the public or general public is
called an announcement
In English verb of announce had meaning "to make
a formal public declaration, about fact, accurance,
and intentions."

So, Announcement is an official notification about

something, whether written or spoken which
presented to public
 Definition of announcement
announcement can found in public places such as
malls,schools,hospitals,and other. in general, the
types of announcement include:

Missing person announcement ( pengumuman orang hilang)

Winner of competition (pengumuman pemenang)

Event/Activity announcement (pengumuman acara)

Job vacancy (lowongan pekerjaan)

Event cancelation or postponed (penundaan atau pembatalan acara)

Operational hour (waktu operasional)

Explanation
This section is the essance of an announcement. the explanation usually
contains information that will be conveyed in as much detail as possible

Gramatically, in english, announcements are written using the simple

present tense and the simple future tense.

opening

the opening section contains the title and purpose of the

announcement or an outline of the information to be
conveyed in the announcement. In the example
announcement above, the opening section contains
information that Ruang School will hold an Online Art
Competition 2021

content
Next, namely the content section. Content is part of the contents
of the announcement text. The content section contains complete
information about things to be conveyed to the general public
through the announcement.

For example, if you want to announce an event, it means that the

content section will contain the time and place of the event, to
other provisions regarding the event, such as the dress code that
must be worn or the requirements that must be brought.

In the example announcement above, the content section contains

complete information about the Online Art Competition 2021,
starting from the available race branches to the time of the
competition.

closing

Finally, the closing part. Closing is the closing part of the

announcement text. The closing section contains information about
the contact person who can be contacted regarding the
announcement if the reader needs further information.

In this section, you can also include the website or social media of
the announced event. In the example announcement above, the
closing section contains information on the website page to register
for the competition, as well as a contact person who can be
contacted regarding the competition.

So, Announcement is an official notification about something, whether

it is opening, content, and closing
