SUBJECT : INTERNALQUALITYAUDITSCHEDUIEFOR2019

1. ln line with the university's preparation for the upcoming ISO 9001:2015 External Audit, an
lnternal Quality Audit (lQA) will be conducted in each Campus to verify the extent of
implementation of the established Quality Management System (QMS) and determine the
effectiveness of the Corrective Action Report (CAR) of the non-conformances raised during
the previous Audits.

2. Attached herewith is the IQA Schedule for 2019 with the corresponding Auditors for each
Campus. A summary report should be submitted to this Office through the Office of the
University QMR immediately upon completion of the lQA.

3. Travel and all other incidental expenses during the lQAshalt be chargeable againstthe local
funds of the Campus to be visited, subject to usual COA, accounting, and auditing rules and
regu lations.

4. Please be guided accordingly.
