Performance Task:
1. Factual Information are statements that can be verified,
confirmed and proven to be true. This uses words or phrases like
according to, the annual report confirmed, scientist have
discovered, I found out, and based on. Meanwhile, in Subjective
Content, this involves judgement, feeling, opinion, intuition or
emotion rather than factual information. Subjective Content uses
phrases like in my opinion, I think, I believe, and words like bad,
worse, good, better, best, meanwhile, worthless etc.
2. It is important for us to know how to distinguish factual
information and subjective content, so that we will be able to
understand clearly and fully someone’s speech, we will know what
message they are trying to deliver to us.
