SIGNAVIO PROCESS INTELLIGENCE HOMEWORK

The following exercises will guide you through the functionality of Process Intelligence and
provide an introduction into the most important widgets. After the deep dive, you know how
Signavio Process Intelligence works.

The process is based on a simplified Order-to-Cash scenario of an international company,

which sells high quality fai–r-trade T-shirts with prints on it. The customer can either order a
pre-printed shirt from the online shop or can decide for a custom print. In both cases, a
prepayment is required before the order gets shipped.

PROCESS ASSUMPTIONS

The process we will be analyzing is a very basic Order-to-Cash process of a small online shop
for textiles. To facilitate the training the following assumptions have been made:

● One order equals one case

● Two types of goods: printed and non-printed products
● Premium and standard customers
● Express Shipment only for premium customers
● If an order is cancelled the customer gets repaid
