Table 1.1 represents the frequency and percentage distribution of the respondents according to

age. Among the 124 respondents that 32 of them are 20-30 years old that represents 25.81%,

followed by 27 respondents who are 31-40 years old that represents 21.77%, 37 respondents who
are 41-50 years old that represents 29.84%, 18 respondents who are 51-60 years old that

represents 14.52%, and the remaining 10 respondents who are 61 years old and above that

represents 8.06%.

Table 1.2 represents the frequency and percentage distribution of the respondents

according to their educational attainment. Among the 124 respondents 5 of them are

undergraduate that represents 4.03%, followed by 16 respondents who are elementary

undergraduate that represent 12.90%, 27 respondents who are elementary graduate that

represents 21.77%, 25 respondents who are high school undergraduate that represents 20.16%,

6 respondents who are college undergraduate that represents 4.84%, 2 respondents who are

graduate of vocational courses that represents 1.61%, 3 respondents who are college graduate

that represents 2.41%, and the 40 respondents who are high school graduate that represents

32.26%.

Table 1.3 represents the frequency and percentage distribution of the respondents

according to their Religion. Among the 124 respondents the Anglikan got the highest frequency

and percentage with a total of 47 (37.9%) response, followed by Born Again with 29 (23.39%)

response, Catholic with 25 (20.16%) response, Esperitista with 18 (14.52%) response, and

Atheist with 5 (4.03%) response.

Table 2 represents the frequency and percentage distribution of respondents according

to their leading causes of morbidity. Among their 10 leading causes of morbidity Influenza,

Diarrhea, and Wounds got the highest number of responses with 124 (100%) respondents,

followed by Skin Disease with a 69 (55.65%) response, Hypertension with a 53 (42.74%)

response, and Anemia with a 41 (33.06%) response. The lowest rate among the 10 diseases is

Bronchitis Asthma with a 26 (20.97%) response, Bronchitis with a 25 (20.16%) response,

Pneumonia with a 18 (14.52%) response, and ARI with a 7 (5.65%) response.

Table 3 represents the frequency and percentage distribution of respondents according to

their leading causes of mortality. Among their 12 leading causes of mortality CDD got the

highest rate with a 27 (21.77%) response, followed by BPU with a 16 (12.9%), Pneumonia with

a 9 (7.26%) response, PTB with an 8 (6.45%) response, heart disease with a 7 (5.65%) response,

COPD with a 4 (3.22%), Cancer with a 3 (2.42%) response, Accident and Congestive Heart

Failure with the same 2 (1.61%) response.
