Objectives 3.3 serve beverage with garnishing in accordance with
standard procedure
Subtask: demonstrate the proper way of serving beverage

Mechanics:
 A bowl filled with rolled colored papers will be pass
among the students.
 Some of the rolled colored papers contains questions,
whoever got the paper with question will answer it.

 Then, find a partner whom you can share your answer
with.
 Lastly, consolidate your answers and transfer it into
another ¼ sheet of paper and pass it in front.

concepts and skills in daily living can use the concepts you’ve learn today.

I. Evaluation Actual Demonstration

Mechanics:
 Students will be divided into groups; each group should
consist of at least 6 members.
 Each group will be called one by one to perform the
proper way of serving beverages.
 It will be the discretion of the members on who will act
as the waiter (2), the speaker (1), & the rest of the
members will serve as the guests (3).
 Scoring rubrics will be provided.
