Dear Mrs. Villanueva,

We, the student of the College of Allied Medicine are asking for permission to use a portion of
your land for the completion of our project: Care and Share: Cultivation and Development of a Local
Permaculture Garden Based in Lucena City, in compliance to our National Service Training Program
project for the preliminary period of the 2nd semester 2021-2022.

This project is planned to be executed every week during Saturday afternoons (3pm-6pm)
and Sunday mornings (6am-10am), starting from February 27, 2022 to around the first or second
week of March (optional during Sundays). The materials that would be used in the cultivation of land
will be coming from the project leader and members. Therefore, you are not expected pay any expense
in this project. Our goal is to promote gardening and as well as to help those people who are in need of
food and resources, particularly in around the area of Lourdes Subdivision. You would have your share
in the project once we harvest the crops after a few months.

We would like to extend our gratitude for your kind offer to use your lot as our place for the
project and we hope that this project pleases you in the long run, especially when the crops are baring
their crops.
