HOW I LEARED SWIMMING

Learning something new can be a scary experience. One of the hardest thing I
need to do was learn how to swim. I was always afraid of the water but I
realize that swimming is an important skill that I should learn. I also thought it
would be good exercise and help me to become physically stronger. What I
didn’t realize was that learning to swim would also make me a more confident
person. New experiences make me nervous but at the sane time excites me.
My first swimming lesson wasn't an exemption. After I changed into my shirt
in the locker room. I stood timidly by the side of the pool waiting for the
teacher to come over. She smiled and introduced herself to me, and two more
students joined us. Althrough they were both older than me, they didn’t seem
to be embarassed about not knowing how to swim. I become more at ease. I
made this story so that they can realize that it is important to learn to swim
because it helps a lot in human life and I made it so that children will not be
afraid to learn how to swim and they won't be afraid of the sea or swimming
pool. Swimming is so fun for people of all ages and children especially. They
love getting in them water and enjoying themselves. But it is not just fun,
swimming also provides loads of health benefits which can help to keep your
children healthy and happy at the same time. Swimming keeps your child’s
heart and lungs healthy, improves strength and flexibility, increases stamina
and even improves balance and posture Another great thing about swimming
is that people of any age or ability can take part and it is more accessible for
children with additional needs than almost any other sport. Swimming
provides challenges and rewards accomplishments, which helps children to
become self-confident and believe in their abilities Your child will have plenty
of opportunities to make friends and grow in confidence But health, fun, and
confidence are not the only reasons why your child should learn to swim.
Learning to swim also opens up the door to a range of other activities.
Engaging yourself to swimming will be beneficial for your health at the same
time you are gaining a skill that can save life.
