Of course, the mobile phone has changed my life dramatically. Probably the most
interesting change is that the mobile phone has freed me from the constraints of
space. For example, I can buy for anything without leaving the house or
I enrolled in one online course to learn English thanks to this phone. I mean I don’t
have to go to traditional classes anymore, and it helps me save a great deal of time.

Of course, I love swimming. It is a very healthy and motivational sport. I think

swimming can endear itself to many people because water-related activities always

deliver a sense of excitement and refreshment.

Swimming is a popular sport, because it can bring to people a lot of advantages and
it's also an olympic sport.

- What advantages can swimming bring to people?

The first advantage is that it can be extremely relaxing. I love the feeling of
floating on the water and feeling almost weightless. I find that whenever I leave
the pool I feel totally relaxed. On the other hand, it can also be a fast-paced
competitive sport which raises your heartbeat. Another advantage is that it has
more variety than other sports. Swimming offers many different strokes, so it
doesn’t feel like you’re stuck doing the same thing over and over again. In the
summer, swimming provides a nice, refreshing break! There’s nothing better
than jumping into the water on a hot, sweltering summer’s day. And finally, it’s
a life skill which everyone should have. Not only is it good for your health, but
you never know when you’ll need your ability to swim.

I think it is necessary to choose all 3 ways. Because each method reaches a different

have little time and they can see it quickly, online forum, by word of mouth for a group of
people who have a lot of time and want more advice

Yes, I like to do daily exercise. Because it good for my health and give me a nice body.

I do aerobics at 8pm every day according to the instructions on youtube

- What forms of exercise are popular in Vietnam?

I think there are plenty of forms of exercises people in Vietnam do! Some do sports,
some enjoy working out in a gym, some fancy dancing. The most famous sport in
Vietnam is football, so millions from all age groups and social classes would enjoy a
kickabout in their free time. And as I notice in recent years, going to the gym is a quite
booming type of exercise.

chơi thể thao, một số thích tập thể dục trong phòng tập thể dục, một số khiêu vũ ưa

- What are the advantages of regular exercise?
Exercise has many benefits, not only for your physical health but also your mental health.
In your brain, exercise stimulates chemicals that improve your mood and the parts of the
brain responsible for memory and learning. Exercise is one of the best ways to avoid
chronic diseases like diabetes and cancer, as well as an early death.

Tập thể dục có rất nhiều lợi ích, không chỉ đối với sức khỏe thể chất mà còn cả sức
khỏe tinh thần của bạn. Trong não của bạn, tập thể dục kích thích các chất hóa học cải
thiện tâm trạng của bạn và các bộ phận của não chịu trách nhiệm về trí nhớ và học tập.

For sure, I’d love to live in the countryside, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. I
find that life in the rural areas are less stressful and people are more relaxed, friend and
family-oriented. I want to live in the countryside basis in order to get closer to
nature and enjoy the fresh air there

- What are the differences between living in the city and the countryside?
There are many differences between countryside and city. A city has advanced systems
to manage transportation, housing, sanitation, communication, etc. whereas the
countryside doesn’t have many facilities. Moreover, there is also a lack of employment
opportunities in the countryside, unlike in cities, which offer a great many employment
opportunities. However, the cost of living in the countryside is lower than the cost of
living in cities.
In general, the life in the countryside is peaceful, calm and tranquil while the life in the
city is fast-paced. Cities are overcrowded with people, vehicles and buildings whereas the
countryside has a picturesque setting with greenery, farmlands, hills and forests. The
countryside has fresh air and water since it is less polluted, but there is a lot of pollution
in the city. Furthermore, the people in the countryside are more open and willing to help
each other whereas the people in the city spend very busy lives, and have no time to think
about others.
Có nhiều điểm khác biệt giữa nông thôn và thành phố. Một thành phố có các hệ thống
tiên tiến để quản lý giao thông, nhà ở, vệ sinh, thông tin liên lạc, v.v. trong khi vùng nông

Why yes of course. They are a way to capture a moment in time. Moreover, I like to be
able to show them to people so they can imagine that they were there with me. As I’m a
big traveler, photos are my way of sharing my experiences without words.

Any situation! But especially when I see something out of the ordinary. For example, I
like to take photos when the light is setting just right on my street, or when I catch a
glimpse (a look) of two children holding hands.

Well, yes. Nowadays photography is a common hobby in my country. Young people have
expensive smartphone with high-resolution cameras and some own very high-quality
DSLR cameras with which they love to take photographs.

Well, I would say bicycles are moderately popular in my city. It was widely used when I
was a child and I have seen so many people using bicycles to reach their destinations. In
fact, the majority of people used to ride bicycles to travel to and from their offices at that
time. But, the motorized vehicles have become more popular these days and this trend has
decreased the prevalence of bicycles. However, It’s a good sign that many young people
these days are using bicycles.
À, tôi muốn nói rằng xe đạp được sử dụng vừa phải ở thành phố. Nó đã được sử dụng
rộng rãi khi tôi còn nhỏ và tôi đã thấy rất nhiều người sử dụng xe đạp để đến điểm đến

Honestly speaking, I scarcely ride a bicycle these days. Busy lifestyle, faster speed of
motorized vehicles and our apathy to get involved in physical activities have forced us to
use a bicycle less often. Once in a while, I ride a bicycle and that’s primarily to have fun
and not to travel. Personally, I more often use a car than a bicycle because the former one
is faster and more comfortable to ride in.
Thành thật mà nói, tôi hiếm khi đi xe đạp những ngày này. Lối sống bận rộn, tốc độ
nhanh hơn của các phương tiện cơ giới và sự thờ ơ khi tham gia vào các hoạt động thể
chất đã khiến chúng ta ít sử dụng xe đạp hơn. Thỉnh thoảng, tôi đi xe đạp và đó chủ yếu là
để giải trí chứ không phải để đi du lịch. Cá nhân tôi thường sử dụng ô tô hơn xe đạp vì

Yes, they are indeed suitable for people of all. Bicycles are easier to ride, posses a very
low risk of accident, require no costly servicing or repair and are good for health.

I like to eat foods made from poultry like fried chicken, boiled chicken, roast duck,
grilled bird... besides that i also like to eat seafood like lobster, king crab....

Well, I would say I know how to cook but cooking is not my forte. I just can make simple
dishes like boiled eggs, boiled vegetables or boiled pork. Cooking boiled food is pretty
straightforward as I’m not faced with the issue of adding seasonings and flavourings.

there’s a mixed variety of food in my country. But I guess the most popular one would
probably be pho, since Vietnam is world-famous for it. It’s tasty, cheap and available at
all hours. In some places, it costs you like 40.000dong for a steaming hot bowl of Pho.
And also, you might find some other things like bun cha, bun bo hue, banh xeo, etc,.
they are all very delicious.

Yes, I do like flowers. As an introvert, sometimes, I find myself feeling peaceful and
relaxed while enjoying nice flowers in my garden. I have a habit of taking pictures of
flowers after the rain. I feel most at peace spending chunks of good time on my own, in
relative silence, contemplating the beauty of flowers with raindrops through my camera
lens.

Situation: You are going to work for a big company and you want to improve some skills
before starting your work. What kind of skill will you choose to learn first? computer
skills, team work skills, or time management skills?
I think I need all 3 of those skills, because it's very important for this job
- What type of clothes do you like wearing?
- What clothes do you wear for different situations?
As I have mentioned previously, the most essential criteria for me to choose clothes is
the situation. I would say that at work, formal garments like sleeved shirts, long skirts
and trousers in neutral or pastel color are usually my first choice. However, at usual
life, something that is more casual and jazzy such as jeans, leggings, T-shirt and
sneakers often makes me feel more comfortable. When it comes to party, I always
have to choose dresses that enable me look hot and turn head but show my elegance at
the same time.

Tôi có thể nói rằng tại nơi làm việc, những trang phục trang trọng như áo sơ mi có tay,

At times, I think the clothes we wear may show part of our personality or status. For
example, clothing may determine the kind of job a person has. For some, it may be a
tool for expression. Some could be stylish and fashionable which may reflect their
personality as being creative.

Yes, I can. I’ve had a driver’s license for 3 years now
- Do you think it’s necessary to learn to drive?
Yes, I do. I believe it is better to have a good command of driving skills. public
