of DiaMand Creations

 All fees are to be paid upfront before any lesson/s is/are due to take place. For
regular students, same is to be paid on a ‘monthly in advance’ basis on or
before the 28th day of each and every month by way of EFT or direct deposit as
per the banking details furnished herein below. Should you be a client of a bank
other than Capitec, please ensure that you mark your payment as “immediate” to
avoid such payment laying in the account for up to 3 business days before
clearance. Please note that there is no relaxation of this rule.

 Any new student enrolling for the first time on any particular day of any
particular month, is to ensure that his/her fees for the particular month is paid
for upon enrolment, before any lessons/timeslots will be reserved.

 DiaMand Creations does not accept a ‘pay quickly before a lesson’ scenario.
The reason for this is due to the fact that students book lessons and then either
cancel at the 11th hour or simply do not pitch, thereby preventing other students
who are on the waiting list, from receiving lessons. You are therefore expected
to book at least 1 hour per week and to commit to same. DiaMand Creations
does not entertain erratic payers nor students unwilling to commit to ‘x’ number of
lessons per month. If you think you may be an erratic payer, DiaMand Creations
is not for you.

 The rate per hour is R200.00 and you may book consecutive hours if you so
wish, by prior arrangement.

 Timeslots mutually convenient to both student and DiaMand Creations is offered.

However, should you occupy a timeslot that is considered to be golden, and
regularly fail to attend your lesson in such timeslot, same will be offered to
another student on the waiting list for a golden timeslot and you will be requested
to accept another timeslot. This has become necessary because students hog
golden timeslots (especially Saturday slots) and then don’t pitch causing my day
to be unnecessarily long – and preventing other students from having an
opportunity of having a lessons on such day as well.

 Should you/I be unable to attend any lesson, you/I are/am to kindly let me/you
know as soon as possible so that your lesson material (which I prepare hours
before each student’s scheduled lesson) can be Whatsapped/e-mailed to you to
ensure that you do not lose out on such lesson. There are no “make-up”
lessons as students have in the past totally abused my generosity in this regard.
The onus is therefore on the student to attend his/her lessons regularly.
  Should you arrive late for any lesson, the time that you have lost is not for my
account and I shall not be expected to make up for such lost time, at either my
inconvenience or that of the student following your timeslot. When arriving
early for your lesson, please wait in your car outside the driveway until it is
time for your lesson to begin, whereupon you may then ring the buzzer on
the driveway gates in order to gain entry. This is to ensure that the student
currently in a lesson, does not get disturbed.

 Kindly also note that family/friends/young children/babies/animals are not

permitted to attend the lesson with you because I require my students to be
focused at all times and not distracted or pressured in any way. Please
make the necessary arrangements for them before your lesson. Thank you
for your co-operation in this regard. Any relaxation of this rule will be entirely
at the discretion of DiaMand Creations.

 If a friend or family member is dropping you off, please ensure that they collect
you timeously to avoid unnecessary interruptions to the student whose lesson
follows yours.

 Please ensure that you arrive timeously for your lessons, and that your hands
are washed out of courtesy to other students who wish to have their lessons
begin on time and their instrument free of sweaty palm residue. Please note that
children arriving at the lesson with bubblegum/chewing-gum and the like, will
be requested to remove it before the lesson will commence.

 There are cool drinks available for purchase from the bar fridge, candy floss (a
choice of various colours together with glitter/marshmallows) which may be made
by the student after a lesson as well as popcorn (a choice of various spices). A
pricelist will be furnished to you so that you may have the exact amount of cash
ready.

 You are to ensure that you have all your music sheets/lesson material inside a
flip-file and bring same with you to each and every lesson. DiaMand Creations
prints out all your material at the rate of R1,50 per A4 page, alternatively, you
may undertake to print out your material yourself and place same in your file. It
is easier to keep your material in plastic flip-files as opposed to lever-arch
binders so please ensure that you have one or two available when enrolling.
