This following information provides the organizational components to the JAHBAM’s Bar

The owners of the JAHBAM’s Bar will have each of 15% ownership interest
General duties will include review of daily information, inventory Control, Employee
training, Employee Hiring and firing, ordering supplies, and routine maintenance and
upkeep of the bar, equipment and facilities management.
All full time employees will be compensated with benefits including health insurance and
Education and training. Employees will receive their ₱311.00 salary daily.

Responsibilities:

● Bar Manager- is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar,
including keeping a current liquor license and negotiating with suppliers.

● Head Bartender- is responsible for making and serving alcoholic beverages to


customers. They will also assist in taking orders and serving them.

● Cashier- is responsible for keeping the prices correct, and for receiving and processing
payments.
● Cellar man/Beverage steward- is responsible for cleaning all the tanks and equipment in
the cellar. They are also responsible for ensuring that the floors and equipment are in
good working order
● Bartender- is responsible in mixing beverages using an extensive range of ingredients
including liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits. Taking beverage orders from
customers or wait staff and serving drinks as requested, paying extreme attention to
detail. Creating unique drinks.
● Bar Waiters- responsible for welcoming and acknowledging all guests according to
company standards in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
● Sommeliers- is responsible in creating and updating the wine list in coordination with
chefs and the Food and Beverage Manager. Recommending food and wine pairings.
And advising guests on wines based on their personal tastes and food choices.
● Bouncer- Responsible in Control the Crowd, Check Identification, Ensure Security,
Greet Customers, Monitor Guest Lists and Dress Codes, Collecting Cover Charges
