Job Title: Lecturer

Job Summary

The University of Lahore (UOL) is looking for well qualified and experienced candidates for
New Teaching Jobs as a lecturer in LBS department. Interested applicants should have
master’s degree with the specialization in HR and have some experience in industry or
corporate field with academic experience of 2 years at college and 1 year at university level
and candidates must have good interpersonal skills, computer knowledge, multi tasker and
support in academic research for research funding and must be applying according to HEC
criteria for these Latest Jobs in Pakistan 2021.

Responsibilities:
 Conduct classes regularly as per schedule and teach designated courses as per UOL
policy.
 Assist in various departmental duties and provide academic support to faculty and
other staff.
 Do research and publish articles in educational journals.
 Represent the university in conferences and give presentations as needed.
 Teaching and supervising undergraduate and graduate students.
 Providing demonstrations and supervising experiments and investigations.
 Answer queries/questions in class or by email or phone.
 Provide consultation hours to students.
 Provide feedback to faculty and department heads on student development.
 Writing proposals to secure funding for research.
 Attend faculty and department meetings and express concerns or make suggestions
for improvement.

Requirements:
 Masters degree with specialization in (Human Resource Management) from HEC
recognized University/Foreign institute with HEC Equivalence.
 Having minimum master’s degree in 2nd division.
 Teaching experience in college or university level
 Proficient communication skills
