    Project Study, pursuing our undergraduate thesis entitled “A Proposed 5-Storey Apartment
    Building with Commercial spaces at Nalsian, Calasiao, Pangasinan”.

    In line with this, we would like to ask your good office for permission to allow us to
    gather information by answering the provided questionnaires for survey purposes in the
