I, the undersigned, am the secretary of Bangsamoro Hollow Block Producers
Cooperative, with a business address at, Purok 12, Daniel Village Brgy. Apopong
General Santos City.  Hereby note and consent to the adoption of the following
resolutions: The Successful Mandatory Election of officer and Mandatory Annual
General Meeting last January 29. 2022 held in Vergene blue Paradise located
Barangay Bawing General Santos City.

RESOLVED the Board of Directors conduct an election of officer and discuss the

annual mandatory report shall be submitted in 2nd week April 2022.

That the foregoing resolutions have not been altered, modified, or revoked and that the
same is still in full force and effect.
