Low Cost Option
This is a very low cost and
effective water level controller.
WLC 110 Water Level Controller
and 3 sensors with water level
indications is fully Automatic and
start and stop motor
automatically. Auto and manual
switch available. In auto mode,
motor start and stop
automatically. In manual model,
motor start and stop with manual
switch, No additional wiring
require to operate motor in
manual.

Working
When the water level in the tank becomes low, means water get down from middle sensor,
motor get switch on automatically. The tank starts filling up. When the water level reaches
to the higher level, the top level sensor sense. the motor automatically gets switched off.
Water level indication provided to see water level in tank.
Applicable to under ground tank, over head tank, pressure pump, tube well and deep
boring. Automatic water level controller is of much used in homes, hospital, industries. Use
of this product saves water, saves electricity and save times. Helps in preventing overflow
of water from the overhead tank. long service Life.

Disadvantages.
 No motor Protection. Pump will continue to run till the water reaches at the top sensor.
 Over load protection not available.
 If not properly monitored, in case of a foot valve issue motor will dry run. But as the
controller is without Dry run protection, controller will be ON and motor may damage due
to overheat.

we can detect the water level of
overhead and underground
tanks. Also it has a sensor for
water flow which protect the
motor from dry run.

Even thought it is costlier than the

low cost model it protect the
costlier water pump and saves
money. It uses Magnetic float for
level sensing

Working
