Examples of each principle:


1. Categories of jobs in Apple: manager, technical sculptor, hardware engineer,

2. Microsoft authority: bill gates is incharge of giving to the rest of the
company the goals, the strategies, and the general vision and mission.
offcourse this lead to a tremendous responsabilityas he needs to ensure and
seek for the health of the company.
3. HPTU Discipline: all doctors must arrive to the hospital at 7 AM
4. Tesla: in Tesla, the person in-charge of deciding the most
important decisions and giving general orders is Elon Musk

5. Apple's unity direction: hardware development one of the many aspects that
apple works in, it's directed by a single person which is in-charge of overseeing the
work of everyone who works on that field. ex: hardware engineer.
6. Coca-Cola subordination: the biggest factory in soda beverages has the
inerest of becoming recognized and loved all over the world although
sometime workers have other interest as creating international opportunities
for themselves. Still the company interests are way important and/or essential
than the indiviual itself
7. Apple's average salaries: technicians: 27.821; financial managers: 167.693;

8. Nutresa centralization: decisions are made by the CEO still he/she must
comply with all the expectations from the board and this will determine if his
decision were right or not 
9. Sony  scalar chain: first it is the CEO, then it's divided by 2 (chairmen & directors

friendships
13. BMW initiative: years back, people who were given the opportunity to
innovate decided to create a way of saving fuel. As you may know this was possible
and now if you are in a BMW each time you stop the car turn off for saving fuel and
at the same time for helping the environment
14. Servi Express esprit de corps: this entrepise makes activities during the year
with the employees to make deeper connections between them and get to know
each other better
