The Region 12 or the SOCCKSARGEN offers
you all the destinations you want. Region
12 has beautiful beaches from the
General Santos up to the coast line of
Sultan Kudarat and Cotabato City. If you
want a highland adventure the Region
has the La Palmera mountain ridge in
Sultan Kudarat that feels like you’re
abroad and of course the Mt. Apo that is
located on Kidapawan City (one of the 4
component cities of Region 12) it is the
highest peak in the Philippines that towers
2,954 meters above sea level offering you
sea of clouds that becomes even more
romantic during sunsets or sunrise. Asik – Asik Falls
Alamada, North Cotabato
The Grand Mosque of Cotabato, officially the Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah
Mosque, is situated in Cotabato City and is the largest mosque in the Philippines
and second in South East Asia with the capacity to accommodate 15,000 people.
The building's minarets stands 43 meters (141 ft) high and is lit at night which serves
as a guide for aircraft pilots flying near the area. It is one of the most visited site in
the Mindanao mainly for the muslims and even you are not a muslim it is still a sight
to see.

Going to Soccksargen is not complete if

festivals. If love eat all you can fruit then
you should visit the Timpupo (Harvest
Time) Festival in Kidapawan City.
Kidapaweńeos prepare tons of fruits to
be given free to all. Tuna Festival of
General Santos is one of the visited
festival. You can eat tuna for free as
long as you can. There are also more
festival here in Region 12 that will amaze
and satisfy you with the delicious food
and rich culture.

Soccksargen has lot to offer foods
and one of the well-knowned
delicacies in Region 12 was the
Pastil. This delicacies has a
complete meal course, it has rice
with viand. Mainly chicken was
added to the rice but now it has lot
flavors to offer. It is best when you
are travelling because it is wrapped
with banana leaf so you can eat it
anytime and anywhere you are.
