This cell site transmits the data from one place to another. So it consumes more capacity of
electricity when compared to the other types of buildings. The electricity charges are comes

TYPE OF BUILDING
A telephone exchange or telephone switch is a system of electronic components that
connects telephone calls. The electricity charges are comes under commercial purpose plan.

This module contains the details of the building like rented / leased or owned.
Suppose that building is rented, and then the rental agreement details are maintained with
advance amount, monthly rental charge, starting EB reading, duration of the agreement etc.
NEW CONNECTION
This module plays the vital role in this project. The EB connection detail is the
important data which flows throughout the project. The new connection was established with
the service number, starting reading, deposit amount are entered. The deposit amount entered
with service number, date of deposit, mode of payment like cash or cheque etc are placed.
The interest also calculated for the deposited amount for the EB connection. That interest
amount will be repaid at the time of cancel of connection. The interest will be vary depends
up on the building and connection type.

DEPOSIT DETAILS
Every connection has different type of tariff details. Suppose the connection is for
quarters then the tariff will be calculated as Home Purpose Plan. For Exchange the charges
will be calculated as Business Purpose Plan and final the cell site consume much amount of
charges without any interruption. So it comes under the Industrial Purpose Plan.

At the time of new connection, the following details are maintained for future
purpose. The connection date, connection type, initial deposit, mode of payment, interest rate
is some of the details entered with the deposit details.

BILL GENERATION
The billing details for the consumed current by the three types of buildings are
maintained in this module. Date of Billing, consuming units, last reading, current reading,
amount, last date, previous balance are maintained with the billing section. The Fine amount
also charges for the late payment or the outstanding balance of the previous bill.
