2.0 BACKGROUND
Stress is a feeling of emotional or physical tension. This can come from any event or thought
that makes us feel frustrated, angry, or nervous. Stress is where the body reacts to a challenge
or demand. In the short term, stress can be positive, such as when it can help avoid danger or
meet deadlines. But when stress lasts a long time, it can endanger one's health. Students,
employees, and parents are actually almost everyone experiencing a lot of stress. Not all stress

4.0 GROUP TARGET
Time: 11 AM - 12 PM
Stress is a feeling of emotional or physical tension. This can come from any event or thought
that makes them feel frustrated, angry, or nervous. Stress is a body’s reaction to a challenge
or demand. Stress does not only happen to people who are already working, but students
also face severe stress on the learning factor especially in the current situation where
students learn through online which is a cause of stress.
6.1 About 1 week before the seminar is held, the working committee will create an e-banner
and distribute it to KPTM students through WhatsApp, Telegram, and Instagram groups.
6.2 Before starting, We will spread the attendance to the friends of not less than 50 people
where the working committee will prepare a Google form to attend and anyone who clicks on
the Google form will know how many participated in the seminar.
6.3 On the day of the seminar, we will hold an activity that will begin with a stress test such
as giving psychological questions to find out how many people suffer from stress.
6.4 Upon completion, we will start with the first talk about the introduction of stress with the
first speaker. Then, we will discuss the introduction of stress and activities such as quizzes.
6.5 The second speaker discusses how we want to overcome the stress problems faced by
students. We will provide some questions and participants will have to find the answers on
the front screen. Whoever answers quickly will win a prize. The working committee will show
the audience other ways to release stress using relaxation techniques, and also with some
4
random questions we will ask the audience about the stress faced and what causes stress to
students.
6.6 Upon completion of the presentation by the speaker, We will provide some quiz
questions from the discussion session to deal with stress among the students and we will
select a number of students to hear their opinions on how they deal with stress.
6.7 The last thing we will do on the day of the seminar is, we will distribute the exit survey to
the students who attend the seminar. This is so that we get feedback from the listener on
whether the things we are discussing are clear or unclear.
