RAK Hotspot Miner Weekly Status Update

It’s Status Update Day!

It’s been brought to our attention that several of you did not receive last week’s update, so we
are including some of that content again in with this week’s update. We have a few exciting
things to share for this week’s Status Update as well. Gorilla and Hippo have arrived at CalChip
Facilities and Gorilla has started shipping to customers!

Iguana, Jackal, and Kangaroo is complete and is scheduled to be picked up from China today!

The Ops Team is preparing the miners and staging the orders in preparation for the most
efficient shipping methods. Please continue to remain patient and note that you will receive a
tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Please also note that the hotspot orders are shipped out in the same order they were received,
however, in order to streamline shipping speed, our Fulfillment Team does pick the orders
ahead of time based on the quantity of hotspots per order. This will result in some orders
appearing to ship out of sequence, the only difference being about a 48-hour shipping window.

Lion, Monkey, and Numbat should all be shipped out by the end of July. We will continue to
update the shipping calculator, accordingly, so please continue to check there for your orders
estimated shipping timeframe.

Asia Units: CalChip Connect and RAKwireless will fulfill all Asia orders as soon as possible, but
as of April 21st, 2021, no more sales for Asia/China will be available. This is being done in
response to the U.S. and E.U. order backlog. China and Asia orders are expected to be fulfilled
no later than the end of June 2021. Asia and China orders have now been added to the
shipping calculator.
