Activity 2
1. may kakaiba
Reason: The situation 1 is wrong for me because in the very first place and as a friend of Georgia, she should
not tolerate her friend to keep on flirting with someone else husband. It is indeed disrespectful behavior and as a
concerned friend, Selma should give pieces of advice to her friend Georgia to make and put things in the right
order and places. Flirting may be one of the most devastating things for married couples, leading to physical and
psychological deception. Selma should think first about the consequences that may bring to her friend Georgia
and to the married man that Georgia is flirting for. It can not only bring pain and wound to the heart of Georgia
and the married man, but also to the family of the married man that is the victim of the said cheating.

2. may kakaiba
Reason: The situation 2 is wrong for me because it is unacceptable that something improper is spent and that
the priority is not to be given in the midst of a pandemic, rather preferable if the money spent on dolomite sand
is spent on helping the families badly afflicted by the virus. We all know that our country is one in the whole
wide world that has a rising number of cases of pandemic whereas, they should not waste this treasury for
nonsense things from the very start and should focus more on what is needed and essential for the current
pandemic. If they have the wise decision, they can sustain many families who are truly affected by the
pandemic. Being part of the national government, it is their responsibility and obligation to spend the treasury
on such goods or "Ayuda" for the people especially those who suffer in poverty and who are jobless because of
the pandemic. Even if it small or big portion of money are being spent, it is not rightful and just as they have
unwise decisions to think that they are educated and have the authority to change the country for betterment, not
for the sake of themselves only. It is too clear they decided to turn their eyes shut in this endeavor, even if there
are many mistakes. There are many different ways of disagreeing with this and I think it is absolutely not valid.

3. may kakaiba
Reason: The situation 3 is wrong for me because even though MaeMae is on the verge of failing grades, she
should not accept the offer or paper given to her by Ben as this is a form of cheating. It is more acceptable if
you fail your grades and answering them on your own rather than passing the grade that you deserve and guilt
continuously haunts you as it not merely the deserve grade you receive. As a learner, Maemae should be wise in
her decision and should possess honesty all though failure is chasing her. More adverse consequences she will
be faced as she cheats on the examination. It's unfair to the other students who have truly studied and worked
when MaeMae cheats in school to achieve better scores. If this grade is not merited, she might potentially obtain
undeserved recognition. She is unjust in cheating. Cheating merely causes her to feel horrible.

4. may kakaiba
Reason: The situation 4 is wrong for me because Molina may be one that is in-charge in the distribution of
medicines yet, she has no rights to sell the medicines. Extra packages are medicines are exclusively for the
barangay around Imus and not for the others. What if there is a shortage in the distribution of medicines and
others can't have it as they needed it? It is quite a sense of guilt as this is for them and not for the others. Molina
should make her decision wise and knowledgeable not just merely take a compulsive action that may lead to
negative consequences. She should focus more on what is tasked in her rather than taking action without having
any rights or authority to agree so.

5. Tama
Reason: The situation 5 is right for me because the former mayor has no right to any preferential treatment. It is
right, considering Gladys to the former mayor, she did not accept his superiority back then to flee. She is an
outstanding worker who did her job diligently and wisely and not taking chances into consideration especially
for the prisoners. She creates and maintains a secure environment in prisons by combining managerial
approaches with physical security elements and mechanisms. These indicate the amount of danger associated
with the security categories of the convicts. Gladys also collaborates closely with the previous mayor to
discover problems within and outside the jail so that they may be addressed without resorting to surveillance.
As a result, she informs the authorities so that they may make a decision on this conduct. As a result, Gladys did
not have any regrets in the end and was able to live freely and carry out her responsibilities.

6. Tama
Reason: This situation 6 is right for me because Samson's decision to stay at his job is right in my opinion since
he is doing so for the sake of his family. I know he misses his kid and wishes he could be there even when he is
ill, but his commitment to work for his family must come first in order to meet their needs. Furthermore, he had
an issue of being duped by Chinese contractors, which is why he wants to work harder to recoup what he has
lost. I don't see anything wrong with him prioritizing his family over everything else.

7. Tama
Reason: The situation 7 is right for me because I believe it's right to demand a tutorial fee since it's beneficial to
invest in knowledge with the lesson, which may make Celeste as many as 10,000 a day and it's a big revenue.
Before Ruby gets the entitlement for being the best online seller in her town, she definitely works hard for it
before she could get to that position.  since it also takes much longer to educate a newbie about doing things the
right way, therefore Ruby and Celeste can both generate revenue and can develop a deeper understanding by
Ruby to sell online.

8. may kakaiba
Reason: The situation 8 is wrong to me because it is not right to broke up with a girl with whom you spend a
long time. Armando portrays a too selfish man without dignity to fight for his love. He became impatient to
want to gain all the attention of Ylah however, it is not that much priority in this time because as a student, we
should prioritize studying. Since Ylah is a dean's lister and a captain for her chosen sport, it is much more
important to understand her as it will be the stepping stone of her future. Armando and Ylah should support
each other and not complain if someone is busy, it is part of someone's relationship as they have different lives
and opportunities to take. Some may handle it, but in the case of Ylah and Armando, it would not drive for a
long-lasting relationship because Armando is not matured enough to understand his girlfriend's priorities at this
moment. In every relationship, understanding is really crucial for several reasons. They will be able to decide on
how much time and success their relationship will last at the understanding they have with their spouse.
Understanding will provide Armando and his girlfriend Ylah a relationship with mutual regard and respect.

9. Tama
Reason: The situation 9 is right to me because I am with Rency's decision since she resisted a request that may
have put them all in grave danger. Since previously said, the physics lab is solely for physics classes, and if
something breaks or there is a problem, Rency will be the one to carry all the issues that will be experienced, as
she is the one who authorized the meeting to be conducted there in the first place. It is understandable if she did
not accept such a request, even though they are good friends, because she is simply being fair to all learners.
She is very trustworthy, and I applaud her for making the correct decision.

10. may kakaiba

Reason: The situation 10 is wrong to me because he breaches the norm and if he asks for something in return, it
is not helping anymore. It is quite unfair to those applicants who genuinely wait and have the patience to have a
driver's license. It is indeed unethical! Money may be a huge help for us but, this can also lead to crime as Ariel
did. The application process should be equal to each other. Even if the process takes a long time, people should
abide by the LTO implementation. he may lose his job or be imprisoned for what he did. Instead of doing that,
he should tell the person to be patient and it will be worth it to have a license when it ends. He must be fair to
everyone and just do the job that is assigned to him.

However, above all these possibilities of negative
effects, the examination is postponed due to some
technical difficulties. Now, I make myself have an
urge to review so that I can pass the exam.

Activity 4
1. There are various prior considerations that I consider for making those decisions in my life. Firstly, before
taking my decision into reality, I am thinking a thousand times and assessing its positive and negative
effects which may not only affect myself but also on other people who might be involved in my decision
that I will do. By knowing the positive and negative effects, I believe that I can be wise at all times and will
lead myself to fewer regrets and pain. Secondly, I am asking my parents and friends if about certain
instances to help me to decide. However, though they have different perspectives and opinions, I am still
assessing and weighing its pros and cons so that, I can lead to a better decision. There are advantages and
disadvantages to everything in life, but considering the advantages and disadvantages of my prospective
options is essential. Even if my chosen option has more disadvantages than advantages, my heart may still
be yearning for a specific path, and it's absolutely worth considering. I could also uncover feelings I wasn't
even aware I possessed. Thirdly, I also Consider whether the future decisions may cause myself or others
harm. Even though I might not know it, whatever decision I make, no matter how insignificant, has an effect
on someone else. However, in the end, this will be the best option for all. It's not the same as inadvertently
harming someone with my decision.

2. My considerations for classifying the effect of my action if it is a positive one are in various ways. Firstly,
determining whether or not it is the correct thing to do. Because when we do the right thing, it typically
results in a bigger benefit or has a favorable influence on the individuals involved or around us. I carefully
consider the implications of my activities, and if they will be helpful not only to me but to society as a
whole. Many terrible decisions may be rectified yet, the greater the number of individuals affected by the
decision, the further tough it will be to reverse the situation. In making that decision, I am considering how
it will affect the life and also the existence of everyone else, and then take appropriate action. Secondly, I
also consider if it will benefit others and not just for myself. Since they can merely be affected by my
decision, it is important to think of them and also for yourself. So that, it can lead to an effective and
positive effect and regrets would not follow. Lastly, Also, manifestation is regarded as being something that
expresses and is an embodiment of something, a detectable, external, or visible expression. In realizing
my desires, my decisions are a crucial role. I need to commit myself to make the right judgments. This
decision power must be committed. I don't take action if I caught up in the questioning. It takes action to
show what I manifesting. We can only really know what happens in our life, and what we manifest can
reflect onto us. Humans can only know where we can go or decide most of the time, especially for
decisions.

3. My considerations for classifying the effect of my action if it is a negative one are in various ways. First of
all, as I'm mature enough, I can see whether my judgment is mistaken. It will normally have huge evident
effects that will negatively affect or have a certain influence on the individuals around it. Secondly, when I
feel ashamed and guilty or if I am not able to have peace with my consciousness, the act will consequently
have a negative consequence. Most activities that comply with the law also have harmful consequences. I
constantly utilize my thoughts to determine the beneficial impact of the act to create a possibility into
actuality.

4. If I will be answering this question, my response would be yes and no, in making decisions, I am free and
unfree in doing them. Firstly, in terms of being free in making decisions, we all know that every human is
responsible for himself thus, we are also responsible for all actions and decisions we will take. Every person
has their own right on what decision we will be taken into action. I am free and it is in our hands if we take
actions that have a positive or negative impact on others. Which is sometimes due to my freedom, there are
instances wherein I become unconscious for what action I did and perhaps, such freedom on the decisions is
not that appropriate as I only see myself right and not perceiving what might the effects of these actions and
to the people that surround me. On the other hand, I have become also unfree in making the decision as a
society can bind my decisions because sometimes we are limited to make a decision on something because
there are many things to consider. We must also consider other people, especially the family and loved ones,
in the decisions we make because they will be merely affected, not just us. For instance, sometimes our
decision, especially when we are young, seems like our parents will merely be obeyed. We are not totally
free to decide for ourselves, we also have the influence of others and they also seem to have affected us in
the decision that we should make this, making myself unfree.

5. There are many considerations that I take in saying that I made the best decision. These are more likely the
answers in number 1 as I am certain that as I mature and my age increases, the decisions that I made become
effective, considering several aspects that might be affected. The first one is to establish if it is the right
thing to do or not. Since it generally results in greater advantage when we do the right thing, or has a good
impact on or around the people. I contemplate the consequences of my acts meticulously and if they affect
not only me but society overall. The bigger the number of persons involved in the decision, the more
difficult it will be to change the situation, many awful judgments nevertheless may be fixed. In making this
decision, I analyze how the lives and the lives of everyone else will be affected and then take adequate
action. The second one is I assess if it's going to help other people and not just me. Since my choices may
only affect others, it is vital to consider them and about you. This may therefore provide an effective and
good effect and would not result in regrets. The third one is my decisions play a key part in fulfilling my
objectives. I have to make the correct decisions, I must devote myself. It is necessary to commit to this
decision-making. If I caught up on the questions, I do not take action. It requires action to demonstrate what
I manifest. I can only know what is going on in our lives and can reflect on us. People can only know where
to go or decide, particularly for decisions, most of the time. The fourth one is I can tell whether my
decision is erroneous because I'm mature enough. It will usually cause enormous obvious repercussions,
which will affect the people around it badly or have some impact. Lastly, the actions will therefore have
negative consequences if I am humiliated and guilty, or if I cannot have peace with my conscience. Most
law-abiding behaviors have negative implications as well. To make the decision possible, I continually use
my ideas to decide the favorable effects.

Differences
Voluntary (Human Acts)
1. These are actions performed by an individual that are intentional, free, and deliberate.
2. These are the deeds that a man properly masters because he performs them with absolute experience and of
his own volition.
3. Acts that are the product of intentional own will.
4. These are activities recognized by humans and other animals.
5. It refer to suitable human activities.

1. These are instinctive, since they are psychological in essence.
2. These are acts taken as a result of ignorance, zeal, terror, abuse, or habit.
3. Acts done by men without being ruler of them through his wisdom and will are therefore unintentional
activities.
4. Such activities are carried out by humans.

Similarities
1. These actions are carried out by the brain.
2. They are actions carried out by humans.
3. These are also both focused towards its individual's wellbeing.
4. They are identical in that classification is applied to acts.
5. They can both apply to the same objective activities under certain situations.

Activity 5C
1. Clearly voluntary actions
Studying and answering my modules as I want to pursue my desired career in the future.
Buying foods and other delicacies as my comforts to feel the pleasure and fulfillment.
Watching Tiktok videos at my leisure time to feel such fulfillment.

2. Actions which are voluntary yet influenced by compulsion.

Stretching and extending arms upon sitting for a longer length of time.
Typing one finger off each hand on the computer as I am get used to it and turn into habit.
After waking up, gurgling water in the mouth as it is usually done each mornings.
3. Actions did out of ignorance
In store, buying the incorrect item as it is somehow identical to the other brand you desire.
When sick, an individual tend to socialize and have physical contact to his/her friends without knowing
that there can be a chance of going through a cold to another.
Answering the modules wrongly as the person responds without reading or understanding the directions
above.

4. Actions did out of ignorance of a circumstances

Telling anything behind someone's back about rumors and gossips to a friend without realizing they are
actually listening and within earshot.
Boasting that you are as good as a doctor hence, you recommend and pieces of advice your friend to
take the medicine or drug that works in your health condition without any awareness of the state of
health of your friend.
Accidentally spill out the water on the floor of a public area and not wiped it, not realizing that someone
is walking closely alongside you.

Activity 6
Answer:
If I am standing some distance off in the train yard, next to the lever, the more ethical and right thing to
do option is the second one which is I will pull the lever, diverting the trolley onto the sidetrack where it will
kill one person. For me, this is an ethical option because it merely kills one person unlike if I headed straight,
five people will be affected and be killed. To remain in fright and not lift the lever is human behavior and hence
neither good nor wrong. Any act consciously more is a human act, and hence vulnerable to the moral judgment
of good and evil. Acting to save more lives is a remedy awareness and understanding and a moral determination
to save more lives are required. Because people will die in the scenario regardless of what is done, acting to
rescue more people is the next greatest moral duty and human deed which can be accomplished. In this
circumstance, sacrifice is necessary, and therefore we must choose whose lives must be spared. Inability to act
to just save those on the verge of death, in my opinion, is just as immoral as surrendering or committing murder
for one person for a larger cause. Both activities are already morally reprehensible, which leads me to assume
that I can rescue more people during this risky circumstance.

1. Yes, there was freedom on my part in facing the situation in the sense that my capacity to act was not
hampered by fear or any form of hesitation. I am free on my decisions because there was no influence that
binds me to do so, it is my own will whereas I act accordingly and think of the possible consequences that
might happen in both circumstances. Also, I am free to decide who I will save in this situation. It seems that
the life of every people involved in the scenario is merely depended on me because if I do not pull the lever,
five persons will die and one will live, and if I pull it, the five persons will live and one will die. I do not
have a choice but to decide whether what is the more ethical or right thing to do in that situation. However, I
decided to take what is good for the rest of all people whom I choose as the decision which solely cannot
devastate many number of people as it is unethical.

2. There are many considerations that I take in saying that I made the right decision. I contemplated the
likelihood about someone dying and recognized that the power to prevent everyone from dying was out of
my hands. My sole power over through the scenario is how many more people died. As a result, I
determined that using human action to save so much individuals is the greatest best choice to the ideal
choice of rescuing all humanity. The first consideration that I take is to determine whether or not it is the
appropriate thing to do. Because doing the right thing often leads to a higher benefit, or having a positive
influence on or around others. I carefully consider the repercussions of my actions and how they affect not
only myself but for society as a whole such as in the scenario of the trolley. The greater the number of
people engaged in the choice, the more difficult it will be to rectify the situation nonetheless, many terrible
decisions may still be corrected. When making this decision, I consider how my life and the lives of others
will be affected, and then I take appropriate action. The second is that my decisions are critical to achieving
my goals. I must make the right judgments and commit myself. It is vital to commit to making this decision.
I don't take action if I'm caught up in the concerns. To illustrate what I manifest, I must take action. I can
only learn about what is going on in our lives and think about it. Most of the time, people can only know
where to go or what to do, especially while making decisions. The third is that because I am grown enough,
I can determine whether my judgment is incorrect. It will generally have very evident effects that will either
negatively influence or have some influence on the individuals around it. Finally, if I am mortified and
guilty, or if I cannot find peace with my conscience, the activities will have bad effects. To make the
decision achievable, I constantly employ my thoughts to determine the beneficial outcomes.

3. Following the concept of intellectual choice, my decision will be the same because as I decide about the
scenario, I take the consideration of my moral standpoint which is acceptable in the society because there
are many people to be saved rather than that one person to be killed. It is almost the same as my original
decision whereas I have normative solutions regarding what I should do based on a moral system as well as
its moral principles that we support. Such norm replies will take into account that behavior that humanity
would tolerate. When I made the moral decision for this scenario, I might strive to present a rational option
as a moral solution. I am only presuming here since I am not confronted with the actual moral circumstances
outlined in the problem. In this circumstance, the responses I tempted to provide morally good to each and
every one and not just for the sake of one. Saving five more lives, I suppose, will do less risk and improve a
better value. My decision was entirely affected by an intellectual choice, hence why I have a smaller chance
of altering my decision in this risky situation.

4. Following the concept of practical choice, my decision will be not the same because a practical choice is
one that is influenced by psychological and emotional factors. When I apply this concept to the issue, I am
aware that I will be distressed and that there will be a time constraint, both of which will have a substantial
influence on my decision-making. If I am absorbed by my own emotions, I may become locked in time and
unable to think of anything to do. I also feel that if I choose this choice, I will be excluded from the
scenario. I think I will not be charged with a crime since I did not pull the lever, which will let me free for a
short period and enable me to save someone’s existence. In other words, I am able to totally disorder my
thoughts and so, if I decide to pursue this technique, I am more likely to alter my route.

5. My decision was a choice based on my understanding and article or other references are not influenced me
through my decision in this scenario. I constantly think of what is best for the crowd and not focusing
merely on which decision that people cannot benefit from it. I believe in the saying that regrets will come
after an unethical decision thus, I am confident in my decision. though they are both unethical because
killing someone is bad, I have to decide on them and I choose to kill one person over the five others because
are so many lives being affected if the five persons are being killed. We should remember that our decision
may not only affects us but merely those people that surrounds us. Thus, we should be mindful and wise at
every decision we will take.

Activity 8
1. A. In the situation number 1, if I portray the character of Atty. Nathalie Joy, I will have certain things to do
in this scenario. Firstly, I would not be her lawyer as I stand in my profession's sanctity. As her friend, I
would like to advise her to admit what she was doing to the law enforcement agencies and to face its
repercussions. As a lawyer, I will not tolerate this kind of act as I should be the one to make things right.
Though agreements and signing of acknowledgment have already occurred, as a friend of Zandy, I will lead
her to the right path that she must take in order to make things right. Also, as a fiancée of the judge, I
become hurt for what they did to him, and he is just a victim of such assassination. I will not lose the
opportunity to seek for justice for him. As a professional lawyer, that is the only thing that I can do and I am
also concerned for my friend Zandy as she is also important to me however, justice must empower as a
payment for the crime she did.
B. I will classify my choice as it is an intellectual choice. We all know that intellectual choice is by taking
decisions by considering morals. This is an option that is consciously chosen from a moral point of view.
Essentially, the response to the moral position we are supposed to support as well as its moral values is
appropriate. Hence, Zandy indeed committed a crime, it is evident. She must face up to its consequences. In
addition, is a way to deter another such crime because we are uncertain if she can do it once again in the
next coming days. Nobody should be higher than the law and unethical actions should come to an end so
that every individual living in this world would have a sense of peace are security at themselves in the
possible harms they are fearful of.
C. The cost of my decision will be it might put a stop to our relation as friends because I refuse to make
myself a lawyer of her because I will believe that it is much more important for me to seek justice for my
loved one, my boyfriend, rather than helping her to fight for her case although we both knew that she is the
real mastermind of the said assassination. Justice is among the most essential moral ideals. It is good to have
legal and political regimes which preserve peace and order. What is the essence of professionalism and laws
if I will tolerate this kind of action? As a professional, I will make a move for justice to reach even though it
will lead to the cuts of our friendship because I know that I made the right thing and I will never regret what
I've done. Moreover, through this, I will reach the justice I want to achieve for my boyfriend or judge for
him also to have a sense of peace in his death. I really do need justice if I see other's wrongdoing.  If I
activate this urge, I might be extremely vocal and aggressive, protest about the culprit, and seek to punish
her, or even have justice done elsewhere.

2. A. In the situation number 2, if I portray the character of Pastor Denggoy, I will be going to talk to both
sides beforehand. I'm intending to clarify what occurred truly. Once Rico lured the young lady, he needs to
confront the repercussions of what he committed since it is seen as exploitation.  As it is the right of the
young lady Gayle to have justice for what Rico did to her. Also, I will approach and say Rico is within me
to Gayle's father. But he ought not to take asylum if Rico is innocent. He will then need to conquer and
face the burden of Gayle's father since they had now a responsibility to each other as the fruit of their
inappropriate taken action. I know the feeling of protecting the daughter from any man because it is only for
the sake of his child. However, I will also speak with Victoria to explain what might the possible
consequences if Rico continually hides from the father of Gayle. There are more adverse impacts to face if it
is being continued.
B. I will classify my choice as it is an intellectual choice. Humans have generally known that intellectual
choice is through making a decision by contemplating values. It is a decision that is intentionally chosen
from a moral standpoint. Clearly, it is essential to respond to the moral stance which we are to promote
together with its moral ideals. As a pastor, I should have been an advocate of truth and concern for
humanity. My choice is based on the guiding concept of assisting the persons concerned in resolving their
concerns peacefully. Which I must consider in all my actions what is best for the many as well as to bind
them as one to understand each side and fix one's conflict. Also, I made a vow to God that I will be a
shepherd and teacher. Pastors bring God's presence into the most difficult and vital situations. They come
together from many backgrounds to worship God in spirit and truth, as well as spearhead social movements
that change the world. With this, it was indeed my duty to say the truth and make things right for them as
well as to have a wave of peace in their heart and minds.
C. The cost of my decision will be anyone else in the family of Rico and Gayle may get offended as of the
reason that I did tell the truth. I know that their anger is just temporary and they will tend to understand me
and my side as the days pass by. I solely did what is right and what is morally good as a pastor because it is
my duty to serve people with mere righteousness and prevent unethical doings. It is nonetheless better for
everyone who gets it to support the truth and justice.

3. A. In the situation number 3, if I portray the character of Dra. Nicole, I will be going to refuse the offer of
the city mayor to me to make falsity in the drug test of her daughter, Chenelyn because I know that
righteousness should come in every circumstance that may occur. As a doctor and a professional
one, honesty is one of the most vital characteristics. For all people, honesty important. They need it because
they are unwell, fragile, and weighed down by urgent problems and they need genuine answers. The doctor
and other medical experts are likewise keen on honesty. The deterioration of medicine's reputation for
honesty implies an end to medicine. On the other hand, I will ask for help from the authorities to help me in
this kind of situation especially for my family to give them security and safety from the city mayor. It would
be a huge help for me to lessen my worry about my family being at risk just because I didn't take the offer of
the city mayor. I know what is right and morally good as a person and not everything will not accommodate
by money as its consequences may give an adverse implication to me such as loss of license in my
profession and my dignity and reputation as a person. I also believe that in every fight that I take, God is
with me and He will protect me and my family at all cost.
B. I will classify my choice as it is an intellectual choice. People usually realize that a selection by
pondering values is an intellectual choice. It is a decision that is adopted deliberately from a moral point of
view. Obviously, the moral stand that we must advocate and its moral goals must be met. I might as well
become an advocate of justice and compassion as a doctor. I still choose to do what is right, even if it costs
the safety of my family. I felt the individuals who deserved it had to be served by justice. There is no such
thing as superiority if one abides by the law. I believe that there is justice that awaits in every wrongdoing as
Chenelyn does. I kept to be on good and right and not dazzled by the money offered to me.
C. The cost of my decision will be my family's safety is endangered because of the threat that was given to
me by the city mayor. I will also be battling with those who is disciple of the city mayor. I need to be tough
at all times as I will be facing a big challenge whereas I am with people who yelling for fairness and
prosecution of the city mayor's accused daughter. I believe that we must treat each individual fairly, without
exception, in terms of their personal rights under the laws of the place in which they dwell or in other
regions. However, I believe in justice very strongly. I'm going to let God all this dilemma and concerns
because above all, I know that He is the only one who can lead me to the justice and protect my family at all
the time.

Activity 9
In a moral standpoint, I think Ah Chong's action is not morally upright however, it is legal. It is because
he made a decision wherein he is quite unsure of whom is the front of his door that tries to open it. Without
seeing and knowing it clearly, he predicted that it is a robbery or an intruder who was have an evil plan on him.
Yet, he should first know the truth because his action and decision in that scenario make him immoral as he
does such compulsive actions without knowing the truth. It is acceptable that he has fear in the bad elements,
nevertheless, it was indeed essential to know the truth first before taking an action. Maybe for him, it was a
form of self-defense but, the one who is trying to open the door does not do anything against him. Perhaps, it is
self-defense for me also. Only if self-defense is undertaken in reaction to an urgent danger grounds the use of
weapons. The threat may be verbal, provided it creates an instant terror of bodily violence on the targeted
sufferer. It somehow shows the practical decision he made because it shows a psychologically and emotionally
supported decision.  When presented with the current position of the individual, practical decisions are made
and the psychological dimension of the individual is frequently impacted by the moral issue or quandary.
Moreover, he made an involuntary action wherein through ignorance of particular circumstances. He fatally
wounded his roommate by stabbing it accidentally and by mistake as he accused his roommate of such an
intruder even if not. Killing is unfair as we have no right to take the lives of others. They remove one's choice
to exist, the freedom, the hope, and ambitions from existence when people kill someone and indirectly take
away all the beloved people. There are not many people who think about it, although the cost of even losing one
life is huge. It'd never be all right to take the life of anyone, and only God can tell if our time on this planet is
ended.
No, he should not be held liable for stabbing his roommate because he only defends himself from any
threat and risk brought by the roommate. By the aggression made by the roommate, it is just right to make an
action if something went wrong like what Ah Chong did, however, it is not right to stab someone with such
ignorance. The roommate also has his mistake because he does such thing with ignorance, making Ah Chong
make a move to defend himself in a certain scenario. Ah Chong called twice yet, the roommate still in silence
and forcefully opened the door that struck Ah Chong. We cannot blame Ah Chong for stabbing the roommate
because it is just a form to protect himself from the bad element as well as to secure himself as he has a fear of
this such things.

Reflection
I understand the human acts and acts of man. The deed that just a human being performs and is therefore
appropriate to humans. It is a distinctly human deed not every act of a human person. Some activities, for
example vegetative acts and actions of awareness and emotion, are likewise carried out by animals. If a person
does these actions, they are called human acts, but it’s not human ones. Human acts are activities that are shared
by humans and other animals, and human actions relate to human acts. What distinguishes an act carried out by
a human person as a human act is that it is an act voluntarily, that is, in some manner, under the control or
direction of the human will. The human action can thus be identified with the act of free will. The Voluntary act
continues either by desire or by another human force which may be driven via will, through either an act of
intellect or a sensation of thinking or feeling. I also learned the Aristotle’s Distinction of Voluntary and
Involuntary Actions. Firstly, Voluntary actions are activities derived by the doing person who uses
understanding of the act's circumstances. It also has two classifications namely voluntary and related to
compulsion. Voluntary acts are those that are motivated by volition and logic. On the other hand, related
to Compulsion is seen as voluntary and unintentional combined. If want and choice has been done and
involuntarily if preferences or alternatives have been taken into account, then this is more voluntary.  Secondly,
involuntary Actions are actions performed under duress or compulsion and in ignorance, in which the
perpetrator is unaware of the consequences and is remorseful for the outcome. It also has two classifications
such as under compulsion and through ignorance of particular circumstances. Under compulsion refers to
conditions that go beyond the agent's control and have no bearing on the action. On the other hand, is Through
Ignorance of Particular Circumstances. Moreover, I learned that for morality to arise, freedom and
responsibility are two fundamental elements. Freedom is recognized when you choose a course of action and
you take full responsibility for the results of your choices. It is based in the moral and cognitive ability of the
person to see what is good and wrong. Responsibility usually follows or comes from free in numerous met
ethical philosophies. Liberty may be said to be there when a person is free to make choices in the area of
morality – that is, to decide what is appropriate to do under events and conditions in his or her life. An action,
then, is not fully moral if anything is done by a person, and his liberty and rationality are transformed or
changed. This incident can occur if the surroundings of the individual has a major impact on his assessment.
Lastly, I understand the difference between intellectual and practical choices. Intellectual choice is a choice
consciously chosen from a moral point of view. In essence, the answers concerning what we should do with a
moral system that we respect and its moral principles are normative. These normative responses would take
account of society's behavior. On the other hand, practical choice A psychologically and emotionally supported
option in a decision. Contrary to the decision mentioned earlier, when presented with the current circumstances,
practical choices are taken, and frequently the moral issue or the problem of the individual is impacted by the
psychological element.
I realized that as a human, we should be careful and aware in every decision we will make. As one's
decision can affect many and possibly can ruin one's life and not just the self of the individual who made such
decision and turns into action. Each person has distinct conceptions of what is and what makes them feel most
important. It is vital to make your own decisions on what you do because it offers purpose to your life.
Choosing what is essential for you enables you to be more autonomous and responsible for your life. There is
no correct choice or bad choice at the point of decision-making. The result of the decision merely confirms
whether the choice is correct or incorrect. Enjoy the fruit of it if it proves correct. If it is erroneous, you will
correct the course. We must, in every circumstance, decide rightly to achieve our intended purpose. Confide in
your instincts and assess what your consciousness says. The decision leads to action and nothing happens unless
a decision is taken. The outcome of daring decision-making in the proper moment is a success in life. Don't
allow others to decide and steer their lives. Be courageous, be positive and direct your fate.
