Sew head to the body previously securing it with pins.
Sew details by taking loops of the body first, then head,
alternately. When we have small hole left, stuff the area
between head and body tight enough, so our head don't hang
out.
Then sew details to the end. Hide yarn tail inside the detail.
Sew the arms on the sides of the body. Previously secure
them with pins between R41-42 of the body. Make sure the
arms are symmetrically and start to sew.
Try to sew as tighter as possible. Then hide yarn tail inside
the body.
Next we will sew the muzzle in the center of the bottom part
of the head. Secure it with pins. Stuff with fiber while sewing.
I make stitches first insert the needle under muzzle stitch,
then under head stitch.
Sew the ears symmetrically on the sides of the head between
R4-10.
First we determine the place for sewing the eyes. I sewed
them between R15-16, the distance 9-10 stitches.
Take a needle and sewing thread and sew the eyes. Fasten off
and cut the thread.

Sew the cheeks previously securing them with pins.

C :
Make a chain equal to the toy's neck girth. Make ch 3 more. 
R1: crochet 1 inc out of dc in each stitch of the chain, ch 3,
turn.
R2: crochet 1 dc in each st of previous row, ch 3, turn;
R3: 1 dc, inc, 1 dc, inc... till the end of the row, ch 1, turn
R4: 1 sc in each st.
Hide yarn tail. Make the ties. Put on the toy.
