Stress caused by built-up pressure from education is certainly a pain in someone’s mentality.

In cases like
this, it is better to take a breather or a time out from studying by using relaxation techniques such as deep
breathing, meditation, yoga etc. to reduce the stress level of a student for more effective learning.

Multi-tasking or having to do many things at once is tiring and very stressful for anyone who experience
this. For this situation, spending enough time for your family, friends and hobbies are a must to decrease
the stress caused by never ending task given to anyone.

Stress due to regrets are another kind of stress usually experienced by everyone in which we often think
of our past mistakes that we forget the present and would greatly affect the future. Relaxation techniques
would really work well with this set-up wherein being at peace would help the individual accept his or her
mistakes which is the main cause of stress.

Formation to the X-Formation executed in the stated sport

*INTRO:
An exciting game of sports would always bring joy not only to the spectators but also to the players,
however they must contain the skills needed to ensure the safety of all the athletes. For instance,
Badminton has various basic skills which includes grip, serve, stance, strokes and the Footwork. Proper
execution of those basic skills highly contributes to the development of the players participating in the
game and Footwork in Badminton is the known to be most fundamental skill necessary for the stated
sport.

*TYPES OF FOOTWORK FORMATION:


There are about 5 footwork formation used in badminton excluding the ready position, they are the
forward V formation, backward V formation, I formation, Y formation and X formation

*READY POSITION:
is the stance a player does whenever he or she is waiting for the target to be hit by the opponent. This is
an example of how the ready position should be executed
(Both feet should not be kept in the same level or direction, one must always be at the front and the other
is at the back)

*Forward V
In this formation, the players are tasked to move in a slant, towards the front then going back to the center
position then to the other side of the court.

*BACK V
Similar to the Forward V formation, players move backward in a slant towards the back then back to the
center then to the other side and then back in the center.

*I FORMATION
I formation on the other hand requires the player to move forward and then go to both the left and right
side then goes back to the center and goes backwards and lastly to the center position.

*Y FORMATION
Similar to I and forward V formation, the players are tasked to do one forward V formation to the left side
and the right, then going backwards and lastly the center position.

*X FORMATION
For this formation, the player goes forward in a slant then goes to the back in the same direction and then
to the center position same with the other side until the player forms an X.
