WHAT IS YOUR MISSION IN YOUR LIFE?

(MINIMUM OF 5 SE NTENCES FOR YOUR

ANSWER)

As a human being my main mission in life is to find my purpose and role in this lifetime. By finding my
own purpose, I will know how to help and contribute greatly to our society as well as our communities. In
the middle of me finding my own purpose, my current mission in life is to use my position to promote and
share awareness of what is happening in the world which includes international issues such as global
warming, climate change and etc. My goal is set for other generations to feel the excitement of what we
used to experience and I would dedicate my entire youth to share this mindset to others. Being a student
in Senior High, my purpose for now is to study hard and assist my fellow classmates to not only enjoy
learning but to also take it to heart which would be more meaningful to them in the following years after
this certain moment.

WHAT IS YOUR VISION IN YOUR LIFE? (MINIMUM OF 5 SENTENCES FOR YOUR ANSWER)

Currently at the last grade of High School, my experiences throughout my journey from the first to the
last grade made me open to a lot of things in our society. We tend to follow what the society tells us to do
even if it’s beyond our capabilities. Our dreams and goals are not even ours to begin with, it was already
set for us to achieve like a robot on repeat. And at that very moment, my vision of life comes to mind.
Other than me dedicating my youth to share awareness of different global issues, my vision in life is to
live a long and healthy life helping other people without being swayed by any hindrances from the society
and to be able to enjoy my days without any regrets even until death.

WHAT IS THE IMPORTANCE OF PHILOSOPHY IN THE LIFE OF THE HUMAN PERSON?

(MINIMIUM OF 5 SENTENCES)

According to Socrates “Know yourself for the unexamined life is not worth living” meaning that living an
unexamined life is similar to passing a test without actually learning. One must know his own purpose,
meaning or value of life to be able to live to the fullest without any regrets thus having no knowledge
about life is simply just existing, not living. On the other hand, knowledge as many say is the only
treasure that a man has that cannot be taken away by anyone, if put to great use then knowledge is virtue.
Socrates also quoted that to know something is to do something, to know what is good is to do what is
good, meaning that not doing good must mean that he does not know. The importance of philosophy to a
man’s life is endless which is why we as human beings should do our part in learning thus the saying
“Knowledge is a virtue” and “Ignorance is a vice”.
