Access www.housetrip.com (you will be redirected to TripAdvisor main page, as Housetrip is an official
TripAdvisor partner)
Click on "List your property" or "Join" -> "List your property"

Fill in the Contact form required by TripAdvisor in order to proceed. Please enter the correct information
(First name, Last name, Email, Password and Mobile number). Please use the correct Mobile number, as you
will receive a SMS code, in order to confirm the account.

Once you successfully entered all information, you may Continue and proceed to property Location
Now you have to Confirm your location

 You are now entering the Property details

Please add the Title for your listing, what type of space, number of bedrooms and bedding configuration,
number of bathrooms, maximum occupancy
Now you have to add some property facilities and features
Next is the Property description in fact (please offer as much information as you can)
You are now processing the Prices, taxes and fees
Please use the accurate information and make sure you have selected the correct currency.
This is where you will have to add the minimum stay too.
In the Seasonal prices, you can skip this section, by clicking Skip
Taxes and Fees: Usually taxes are from 0.5% upto 1.5%.
Feel free to enter any value: 0.5 ; 1 or 1.5
Cleaning fee value has to be specified only if the "Information.txt" specifies this fact.

In Booking policies, the options should be completed as per the photo below:

"Travellers pay a booking deposit to book Due at time of booking: 50%. Balance due 28 days before check-
in."
Cancellation policiy is always "Relaxed"
The Rental agreement should be always using the standard rental agreement. Please check the option.
There is no Damage deposit fee to be added. You can Skip this section.
There are also some House rules to be respected. Please check the options, as indicated in the photo below
The Quote lifespan is the time between requesting a property and paying for it. Please use the value 1 day
Check-in and check-out are specified in the "Information.txt" attachment.
Now it's time for the photos. Please add all property photos and make sure you have selected a representative

Few steps remaining. Now you have to add the Payout method.
You should select PayPal as payout method. Please log in or create / sign up a new account, in order to
continue.
Please note that your payout method will allow us make payments of 3% (VAT excluded) of each incoming
reservation into your specified PayPal account.
Once the PayPal account is connected with your TripAdvisor account, you are able to receive payments.
Otherwise, please select Enter bank details and require for payout information from us.
You will be provided with our client bank information in order to continue the publication process.
Next, you have to verify your mobile number, by receiving a SMS code
Enter your billing address
Regarding Taxes: if you are an UK resident, please check the Yes option. If not please select No for all three (3)
options below

Few steps remaining: Verify your email

Click Confirm email address in order to confirm the account and Post your listing now

Post your listing now (at the bottom of the page)
Copy the property ID and save the log in information (Gmail account + password, VRBO account + password,
VRBO URL/property ID)

Note: For any unspecified detail/information that may affect your process, feel free to select any
option/information you consider, if this may help you finish the trial test successfully.
Please note that all details will be changed with our client information, once the listing is successfully complete.
