To Whom It May Concern,

It was a joy to get to know Ashlynn Blair as a student in my AVID 10 class and to have her as a
Link Leader in my Peer Support class. I have known Ashlynn for nearly three years and it has
become clear to me during this time that she is responsible, hard working, a leader and
intelligent. Ashlynn is constantly pushing herself to do her best at school and her teamwork as
well as leadership skills are exceptional.

Ashlynn has earned a GPA of 4.0 and is very involved at El Capitan High School. Ashlynn was a
member of AVID for 3 years and was a member of Leo Club her freshman year. She has been in
FFA for 3 years and is currently in FFA Leadership. Ashlynn has been a member of CSF for 4
years and United by Hip Hop as well. She serves our school and her community by volunteering
and has volunteered as a Link Crew Leader as well as a mentor. She takes rigorous courses and
does her best at school.

Ashlynn’s drive, respect for others and hard-working attitude lead her to success in the classroom
and on campus. Ashlynn’s GPA and the activities that she is involved in attest to her dedication
and direction. I enthusiastically recommend Ashlynn Blair for any academic or scholarship
