EXCERPTS FROM THE MINUTES OF THE 3rd MEETING HELD VIA GOOGLE MEET OF DR.
CECILIO PUTONG NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL SUPREME STUDENT GOVERNMENT
DECEMBER 10,2021.

EXCERPTS FROM THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING:

1.1 Treasurer Myla Andrea Alagon started the meeting with a prayer at 1:00 PM.

1.2 President Rogelio II Lacre, as the Presiding Officer, had a called the meeting at order at 1:03
PM.

1.2 The Presiding Officer had a rollcall. The meeting was declared quorum at 1:05 PM.

1.3 He then explained to the officers why Secretary Althea Sofia Penaranda will not be present to
the whole duration of the meeting. Meanwhile, he did not receive any note or excuse from
Protocol Officer Joanna Vailoces because she was late.

1.4 As the Secretary was not around, the Presiding Officer, then proceed to the reading of the last
Minutes of the Meeting. He then declared that the Old Business was a finished business.

1.5 He then proceeds to the Committee Report. Each committee chairperson had a chance to
voice out by explaining their respective action plans. They were given 2-4 minutes to describe
and explain thoroughly their action plans. All officers were given 2 minutes to asked and
suggest to the Committee Chairperson.

1.6 The Publicity Committee Chairperson, Public Information Officer Gaia Abegail Anore, then
proceed to her Action Plan.
1.7 After careful deliberation, the SG Adviser suggested that to have a catchy pick-up lines for
each celebration.

1.8 President Rogelio II Lacre also suggested that to have a uniform design of poster for the
Motivational Quote for the week.

1.9 The Special Projects Committee Chairperson, Auditor Rasmia Camama, was given the
chance to freely speak about her Action Plan.

1.10 After careful deliberation, the SSG Adviser agreed and suggested that the Special Projects
Committee will represent the school in DEPED Online Activities and live events unless if it is
not specified who will attend. They were also encouraged to use their platform to vitalize other
SSG Officers to participate on the DEPED Online Activities and live events by sending
screenshots.

1.11 The Finance Committee Chairperson, Treasurer Myla Andrea Alagon, was given the
chance to freely speak about her Action Plan.

1.12 After careful deliberation, the SSG Adviser agreed on her action plans. She then asked
the Presiding Officer if what will be the format for the Monthly Kalinawan Report. The Presiding
Officer explained that only Expenses will be in the post. All officers agreed for this suggestion.
Lastly, the Committee Chairperson for the Finance Committee then planned to collaborate to
the Secretariat Committee for the Monthly Kalinawan Report.

1.13 Secretary Althea Sofia Penaranda attended the meeting and was given the chance to
speak for her Action Plan as the Chairperson of the Secretariat Committee.

1.14 After careful deliberation, they all agreed that only timeline of events will be posted in the
SSG Page. There is no need to post each Accomplishment Report and Monthly Report in the
page. Furthermore, the timeline of events poster to be posted in the page will consist of:
Month, Name of the Activity/Event, a short description, and a picture as a proof. They will
collaborate to the Publicity Committee for this venture.

1.15 They agreed that there will be a series of posts on the SSG Page this December 31,2021
for the Accomplishments from September up to December.

1.16 The Students Welfare Committee Chairperson, Protocol Officer Joana Vailoces, then
proceed to her Action Plan.

1.17 After careful deliberation, the SSG Adviser suggested that only trusted officers from the
Students Welfare Committee will be the admin for the new SSG Page. She added that the
Google Forms link will be forwarded to the group chats in the school.

1.18 The Internal Committee Chairperson, Vice President Rochel Ann Bohawe, then proceed
to her Action Plan.
1.19 After careful deliberation, the SSG Adviser suggested that the Internal Committee will
collaborate to the Students Welfare Committee for the Fail me not tutoring as it needs an
independent page. The trusted Internal Committee members will be part of the admin of the
new page.

1.20 The Internal Committee Chairperson, President Rogelio II Lacre, then proceed to his
Action Plan.

1.21 After Careful Deliberation, the SSG Adviser pledged that she would send the Master list
of Grade level sections and its advisers for the League of Mayors Assembly.

1.22 The Presiding Officer then proceed for the voting of which activities or events will be
implemented for this school year. The External Committee, Internal Committee, Secretariat
Committee, Special Projects Committee, Publicity Committee, and the Students Welfare
Committee had an all-YES Vote. The Presiding Officer then approved for this motion.

1.23 Meanwhile, majority voted that the Financial Literatopia: Game of life will be abolished.
Thus, this project will not be implemented for this school year. The Presiding Officer then
approved for this motion. He then declared that the Committee Report was a finished
business.
1.24 The Presiding Officer then proceed to the Important Business.

1.25 The Christmas Caroling Event was then discussed. Majority suggested that December 22
will be the Posting Day of the Caroling. The teaser day will be this December 20.

1.26 The SSG Adviser reiterated that the donator should put in the message “Meery Christmas
SSG!” before sending in Gcash. He then declared that the Important Business was a finished
business.

1.27 The Presiding Officer then proceed to the New Business. All have given the chance to
speak up on what they think was not tackled during the whole duration of the meeting.

1.28 The SSG Adviser suggested that there sould be a concept for the caroling.

1.29 She also suggested that thete should be a Christmas Countdown, starting from December
16, the start of Simbang Gabi. There should also be post for the Christmas Day, Rizal Day,
and New Years Day. Lastly, they should also post with a concept of what is your best and
worst day of 2021. This should be care off by the Publicity Committee.
1.30 The Presiding Officer then proceed to the final rollcall.
1.31 The meeting was adjourned at 3:20 PM.
