Mr. Sandeep,
With reference to your application and subsequent interview you had with us, we are pleased to offer you the Role
of Engineering Specialist (Electrical & Gas Engine) with our organisation.

1. Joining Date: 10th March 2022

2. Job Location - IEC-TSL Ingenious Energy LLP, Imphal, Manipur

3. Job Responsibilities:

a) Carry out breakdown maintenance, Corrective maintenance & Preventive maintenance of HT, LT Electrical
system as well as Gas engine.
b) Maintain documentation for electrical submission, generation reports & standard operating procedures for
plant.
c) Preparation of single line diagram (Power) & control circuits as build basis.
d) Maintain electrical system as per standards.
e) Maintenance of main Substation (HT, LT).
f) Maintenance of electrical panels and switch gears.
g) Maintenance of motors, conveyors, cooling tower fans, pumps, and blowers.
h) Maintenance of lighting system (Plant Lighting, Street lights).
i) Oversee daily operations, report preparation, coordination for breakdown and meetings with project team.
j) Co-ordination for project expansion phase

4. Consolidated Salary:
• Fixed Salary- INR 35,000 per month, deductions applicable as per government norms
• Variable Salary – Incentives based on performance
• Annual Cost to Company – INR 4,20,000 (four lac twenty Thousand Only)

5. Probation Period:
• Period of 6 Months from joining date will be there for probation period.
• If you wish to resign in probation period there will be buyout of 1.5 times of monthly salary will be
deductible.

6. Leave Entitlement:

a) You will be entitled to 12 days casual -cum- privilege leave.
b) There will be one weekly off flexible to site condition.

7. General terms & Conditions:


a) Your selection as employee is subject to you being found medically fit by a medical practitioner as
prescribed by company.
b) Term Insurance plan & medical insurance is mandatory on employee scope.
c) If any kind of training/certification related to job role imparted to you on company support required signing
of bond.
d) The company reserves the terminate the employment at any time without notice or payment in lieu thereof if
you are found guilty of absence from duty without prior intimation and/or permission from a continuous
period of seven days or more, insubordination, non-performance, low productivity, disclosing confidential
data or information pertaining to company, non-compliance of company rules & regulations besides
omission/commission of any act on your part which may be prejudicial to interest of organisation.
e) If you wish to resign from company the notice period will be 60 days and you will be permitted to do so,
subject to fulfilment of terms and conditions as per service agreement signed by you. In case you leave the
service without fulfilling the terms & conditions as applicable to you, the management reserves the right to
initiate appropriate proceedings as per law.
f) If unable to serve duration of notice period employee has to buy out remaining duration of it as per salary
conditions.
g) Candidate has to sign a non-disclosure agreement for job role.

8. Submission of Documents:
Copy of following verified documents has to be submitted by you
1. HSC/Diploma certificate.
2. Experience Certificate
3. No objection certificate/ relieving letter for previous organization
4. Pan card
5. Residential address proof.
6. 2 Passport size photographs.

9. Conflict of Interest:

You are expected to carry out your duties and responsibilities diligently, and shall at all times, safeguard
the interest of company. During the employment in our company, you are to devote exclusively to services
of company and you shall not undertake yourself directly or indirectly with any business, duties or outside
work, either part time or full time, without prior permission of management. The company regards conflict

of interest as severe offence which may lead strict disciplinary action / termination of employment.

10. Indemnity:
You shall indemnify the company against any loss /damage, proceedings which the company may suffer
due to wrongful acts, negligence and/or dereliction of duties on your part. Such indemnify shall not
prejudice the right of company to terminate your employment on such count or the right of company to
seek other remedies which may have to make good the loss/damage suffered.
