<Describe the history, situation, and what the subject of analysis is all about.>
II. Statement of the Problem
<Define or perceive key problem/s, key issues, why they exist, and their impact. These may
be presented in a declarative or interrogative form. Describe the significance of the research
problem.>
III. Objectives
<The desired state, where you want to be, or what you want to achieve after the problem has
been resolved. The objectives must satisfy the SMARTER criteria (Specific, Measurable,
Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound, Evaluated, or Reviewed). Use these criteria to clarify
ideas. Provide at least three (3) objectives.>
IV. Areas of Consideration
<Factors for consideration are the SWOT criteria (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities,
and Threats). From the SWOT analysis, identify the factors that are most likely the causes of
the problem.>
A. Internal Factors
<Thoroughly identify and analyze the following:>
1. Processes
2. Operations
<The outcome should identify the following for the area of subject:>
1. Strength
2. Weaknesses
B. External Factors
< Thoroughly identify and analyze the following:>
1. Demographic
2. Technology
<The outcome should identify the following for the area of subject:>
1. Opportunities
2. Threats
V. Conclusions
<Emphasize how the findings from the analysis of your case study differs from or supports
prior research or why. Provide a synthesis of key findings to show how these converge to
address the problem. Identify the impacts of the subject on different areas.>
VI. Recommendation(s)
<Strategy formulation. State your recommended solution. Determine and discuss specific
strategies for accomplishing the proposed solution. If applicable, recommend further action
to resolve some of the issues.>
