Ind. WW - Goal Setting

Make a table indicating your short-term goals in the first column then your long-term goals in the
second column. At the bottom part of your table, please write a short reflection about these.

Short Term Goals Long Term Goals

Finishing my to-do’s Graduating in college
Finishing my first year in college One take of board Exam
Finishing my second year in college Becoming a Registered Nurse
Finishing my third year in college Attending the concert of BTS

A short-term goal is something I wish to accomplish as soon as possible just like finishing my to-
do’s, finishing my first year to my third year in college. Short-term goals can assist me in making
significant improvements. A short-term goal is something I desire to accomplish soon today, this
week, this month, or even this year can be considered the near future. Long-term goals are
those that I aim to achieve in the months or years ahead. Setting a goal like this gives my work
meaning, helps me make better decisions, and provides a steady supply of daily inspiration.
They're difficult to achieve and require extensive planning and constant effort over time – like
graduating in college, one take of board exam, becoming a registered Nurse and attending the
concert of BTS. Long-term objectives provide me with a sense of direction and purpose in my
career. They're normally made up of smaller, shorter-term goals that serve as stepping stones
to help me achieve your longer-term goals. While long-term goals are my compass, short-term
goals help me feel less overwhelmed by dividing the task down into manageable.
