Covid-19 MCO Guidelines for Face to Face training

MTC Guideline is to be followed strictly. Please also ensure full

compliance with MOH and local authorities guideline START
1. MUST do temperature check at guard house,
check-in MySejahtera, show vaccination
certificate status and fill in health declaration
form daily during the training.
• If temperature reading ≥ 37.5⁰ C, MTC to politely
deny entry & please immediately seek medical
treatment.
• MUST contact the nearest Government Health
Office or Hospital
• MTC will also inform dealer manager on the staff
status.

2. MUST be vaccinated 2 doses and exceeded 14

or 28 days waiting period depending on type of
vaccine.

3. MUST do RTK / PCR test a day before attending training and
to share results via email to trainingcenter@mitsubishi-
motors.com.my.
• If result is negative, kindly proceed to email MTC (with test result &
timestamp OR result slip) and attend training adhering SOP given.
• If result is positive, MUST immediately contact the nearest
Government Health Office or Hospital and inform dealer manager.
