ed exceptional employees for marketing, underwriting, accounting, claims and dat

Organized first annual policyholders meeting. After one year of operation, comp
any returned a 6% dividend to all debenture owners from company surplus. After
two years of operation, the company was solvent with over $6 million in assets.
Policyholders quadrupled in two years.

1981-1983
Helped to develop and set up the first Energy banking department in Austin. Ass
isted Senior Vice President to build and organize department into premiere oil a
