Nozzles: BDL0S6889 (Press at test(4 )+ 73 to 83psi)
Nozzle Opening Pressure: 172 + 3 - 0 bar. If incorrect repeat from test (10).
Nozzle Holder: ISO 7440 + YDB288 Edge filter assy. 12. Advance - (C) 700 0.5 to 0.9 ° ( 0.3 to 0.5 mm).
H.P. pipes: 6 x 1.8 x 450 mm Light load 38.0 ± 18.0 mm3/st.Use throttle.

Screw transfer pressure adjuster fully in and then 9.5 turns Adjust diff. valve

Advance Reading: Off the cam ring. Light load 20.0 ± 10.0 mm3/st.Use throttle.
A 4.0mm shim is fitted to the piston spring cap on assembly. If incorrect repeat from test (10).
After adjustment, shimming to be. 1.0 to 4.0 mm. 15. Advance - (C) 1035 4.8 to 5.2 ° ( 2.9 to 3.2 mm).
Torque trimmer plug to be flush with end of housing. Light load 27.0 ± 12.0 mm3/st.Use throttle.
Boost control initial shimming: 1.2 mm. If incorrect repeat from test (10).
Boost stroke : 2.9 to 3.1 mm. 16. Transfer Press. (C) 100 Minimum .7 bar, ( 10psi).
Wax motor to be energised unless otherwise stated. Remove pressure gauges and fit stop solenoid or plug.
Turn differential valve fully in . 17. Advance (S) 1035 2.6 ° (1.6 mm)
Latch valve adjusting screw, if fitted, to be flush with Adjust diff. valve
locknut. 18. Max. Delivery (S) 1035 97.5 ± 0.5 mm3/st.

Adjust diff. valve
Set boost pressure to zero.
Stop test machine.
Remove wax motor and fit tool 7244-631.
38. Timing S/C Outlet 'X ', Pressure 55 bar.
Indicator plate offset 7.0° in pump
rotation. To centralise bubble rotate
driveshaft against pump rotation.
Tighten shaft locking screw 13Nm.
39. Timing S/C Indexing tool set to ± 0.5°
For validation:
Remove tool 7244-631 and re-fit wax motor.
