According to the letter received from the college, it is said that the project is supposed to be a month-long

project and the extension is supposed to be performance-based.

18th Jan and 19th ● Done a thorough research on US based products
Jan ● Also worked on weekends to increase my understanding about the
services and clients
20th Jan ● Started with making fresh USA leads since I wasn’t given any leads
● Approached corporate friends, colleagues and family members
25th Jan ● Sent LinkedIn request, flyer message on daily basis to create USA based
organic B2B leads from scratch
26th Jan to 1st Feb ● Leave granted so that I can take care of my grandmother who is in critical
condition, facing health issues.
28th Jan ● Took away the access from all the resources (sheets, pdfs, etc)
29th Jan ● Took away the access from the company email.

Challenges faced:
1) Training: Two meetings, 1 hour each
2) We were instructed to not send cold emails and rather connect on LinkedIn and get the contact
details from there, we were asked to arrange 2 meetings every week by following this process.
3) No communication for LP extension or SIP opportunity linked with the LP

Learnings:
1) Learned how to find a prospective client
2) Learned how to do funneling, creating B2B leads from scratch
3) How to start a communication with clients on LinkedIn
4) How to converse on email
5) How to follow up on email/LinkedIn
6) How to present a company portfolio/deck
Targets:
Set on 11 January 2022:
● Setup 2 client meetings with Linnet per in the month of Jan
● One new logo acquisition by Feb end (The sign-up email stated that it is an LP of one month)

Achievements:
1) Increased the LinkedIn connections by 24% in one week (229 when we started; 283 when we
exhausted the limit)
2) Presented the demo client presentation and got feedback and learnings for the same
3) Received an appreciation text for the work on 19th January
