OVERALL COMMENT: The energy and patience Ms. Viola exhibits when working with elementary
school students is impressive. She is a great motivator and is able to get the students moving
quickly. She helps them understand what they are working for, and why. Her objectives for them
are based on the standards and they are met by the majority of students. She is already an
outstanding educator.
