A.
1. Crest

3. Amplitude
4. Trough
B.
1. To which period of a transverse wave is indirectly proportional to the frequency
where speed is indirectly proportional to period making frequency and speed
directly proportional yet all connect as to make the transverse wave.

What I Have Learned
A.
1. The green wave shows an underdamped motion as an oscillator causes it to
return to its equilibrium with the amplitude
2. Next the pink wave shows an overdamped motion because the oscillator causes
it to return to equilibrium without oscillating
3. Lastly the blue wave shows a critically damped motion because the oscillator
causes it to return as quickly as possible to its equilibrium position without
oscillating back and forth on this position

2. C.
3. B.
4. F.
5. D.

C.
1. A = 0.30 m
Λ = 4.50 m
V = 18.00 m/s
v 18 m/s
F¿ = =4.00 Hz
λ 4.50 m
T = 0.25 s
Activity 6
Volume Vibration (weak-strong) Observation (shaking of the table)
(2pts each) (3pts each)

Soft Weak As the hand touches the table below the

sound you can feel a light vibration
Medium Strong As the volume increase a bit so did the
vibration
Loud Stronger In this part the vibrations can be felt a bit
more as the hand, shakes a bit with the
vibration
Very loud Strongest It is then when you can feel the intensity
of the vibration as your hand, shakes
more with it
