BAB I

PRELIMINARY
A. Background

I got this information from my closest friend, how was his experience when he first learned
English. Learning English does not see what we imagine, in addition to understanding the
meaning of the word itself we must also be able to write and pronounce it according to the
pronunciation of the English language itself,

B. Formulation Of the Problem

How to solve someone's problem in learning English ?

C. RESEARCH PURPOSES

Can answer and help someone in learning English.

BAB II

DISCUSSION

Most of them learn English passively. Research shows that in order to be successful in learning
English we must be active in the learning process. We cannot learn English easily just by
studying at school but we can learn in other places, such as private lessons, from English books,
or the internet. Without a passionate effort to learn and seek information as well as practice
language skills we will surely fail.

Like my friend's experience, he has difficulty learning English, in English there are many words
that are similar but have different meanings, so that makes it difficult for him.

Because of that problem, we have to practice more in communicating at least with parents or
siblings to improve our language. Starting from the easiest language, for example the name of
fruits and as time goes by, we will know more languages. and my friend said keep learning until
he can, well even though now he can speak the language even though it's a little not fluent.

English is a language that is not as easy as we imagine, it is different from Indonesian which we
speak everyday. We need to learn a lot and keep trying so that we can learn English. not only this
language alone, whether it's other lessons we must know it.

In my personal opinion, there is a will for us to learn English, we will definitely know the
language more widely and it will be easy to pronounce it. For that we often practice memorizing
new vocabulary and often practice language to make it easier for us to pronounce the language.

CLOSING

CONCLUSION

Most people fail to master English, because they treat it as a subject of knowledge as usual, and
rarely use it to communicate.
