quality Dahi consistently. Delvo®Fresh Dahi cultures provides fast fermentation with low post acidification, provides a firm body and
texture, with minimal whey separation making it ideal for pouch and cup style application. Delvo®Fresh Dahi comes in convenient
and easy to use Direct to Vat (DVC) pouches (Both in frozen and freeze dried form).
