EcoStan Sawdust Machine Model ECOSTAN® ESM 50 Body Components:

Sawdust Machine Type:

Sawdust Machine is equipped with all required supportive equipment’s to make the
operation more efficient:
❖ The MS C Channer will be used for Belt Conveyor Frame Work
❖ The Sawdust Machine will be made of Mild Steel
❖ Pendant Control Station for easy access and functioning
❖ A Belt Conveyor will be used to convey the raw material into the Sawdust Machine
and 1 Conveyor will be used to drive out the Sawdust from the Machine
❖ Sawdust Machine can be stopped using Emergency Switches used at the In-feed
Conveyor & Panel to stop the machine in case of emergency

Working Parameters:
❖ The machine can run in both Auto & Manual Override Options
❖ PLC Panel will be used to operate the machine
❖ Foot Switch can be used to reverse the in-feed rollers
❖ In case of over feeding, Sawdust Machine in-feed rollers will Reverse Automatically
to safeguard the Sawdust Machine from any damage
