ECOSTAN MMC 70 Machine & Body Components:

Machine Type:
❖ The Briquette cum Pellet Machine is Heavy Duty Mechanical Ram Punch type fully
automatic Machine
❖ The main body of machine is made from Hardened & Tested Mild Steel
❖ Machine fly wheels will be of casting material
❖ Bronze Bush(s) will be used inside the machine mechanizes
❖ The lubrication is used in the Micromax Combo I for movement of parts
❖ Oil is kept inside the machine body same as in the Car Engine

Binder Less Production:

❖ The Briquette & Pellets formed are free from any type of binder or adhesive
❖ Machine don’t require any binder to form Briquettes or Pellets

Working Parameters:

❖ Machine will operate at any type of Agricultural or Forest Waste residues with the
limited moisture of 12% in feedstock
❖ Fully functioning of the machine will be controlled by Automatic Electric Panel
❖ VFD Drive help to adjust the speed of in-feed Raw Material
❖ In-feed raw material should not have moisture more than 12% while briquetting
❖ For making Pellets material should be of Fine Quality and in Powder Form only

❖ Electric main motor 50 HP (1440 rpm) with pulley to drive machine fly wheels
❖ Motor 2 x 2 HP with reduction Gear on Side Feeder for feeding the material inside
the machine
❖ Motor 1 HP with reduction gear on Material Drifter
❖ Motor 1 HP with reduction gear on Silo with VFD Drive to Adjust the Speed of
Material
❖ Silo Tank with 2 with visibility screen on both the sides
❖ Mirror Acrylic Sheet installed on machine top body cover to maintain the visibility
of oil & inner machine moving parts
❖ Complete oil lubrication system with 1HP electric motor & hydraulic pump to
maintain the oil flow
❖ Cooling filter is installed to cool down the oil temperature and other machine parts
❖ Die holder with all the inner parts & cooling water pipes
❖ Machine oil chamber will be filled with the required amount of Hydraulic Oil
❖ Foundation roads with bolts to fix the machine
❖ 5 Nylon belts (C Grade) to drive machine wheels with safety guards
❖ 2 Nylon belts (C Grade) to drive the in-feed conveyor with safety guard
❖ Feeder Box, Ram & other consumable parts are attached to the machine
❖ Screw conveyor 20 feet long with Reduction Gear & 5 HP electric motor
Fitted with VFD Drive to control the in-feed speed of raw material
❖ 1 Piece of Cooling line 15 feet long with 3 stands for Briquettes

Bharat Bijlee etc. company motors)
❖ Electrical Panel for Operating & Control (Siemens, L&T & Schneider)
❖ Cable & Wires (From Briquette Machine to the Electric Panel)
❖ Reduction Gears (we use Motovario, Regal Marathon, Rotomotive & Elecon company
gears only)
❖ Heavy Duty high temperature resistance grease is used for lubrication purpose
❖ Bearings Used (we use Premium Quality bearings only)
❖ Tool Kit for calibration of the main components
