I/Introduction
Currently, the covid 19 pandemic has been having a great impact on the economy as well as
changing the working system at men's jobs. It's all about switching from working at work to online.
This can lead to many consequences at work, for example, the lack of awareness of employees
during work, improper attire when meeting customers online or problems with business technical
problem…. Therefore, as a large real estate company like Dell, we must find ways to control many
undesirable situations in today's time, design a professional workspace. . Collect information and
data to support the project.

II/Content
1.Devise project aims and Objectives for a chosen scenario (P1)
In the context of current globalization, the issue of technology transformation, the design of diverse
workspaces and depending on the type of work to improve the quality of the workplace is being
concerned. So creating a project that has an impact on the digital industry and designing a
professional workspace is very important. This project will focus on the workplace transformation
strategy. in the digital age concurrently building space, related to the design of office buildings
.Location, related to how the workforce is distributed across different locations;Technology and
requirements necessary requirements for employees to perform their roles. Talent is related to
organizational structure and culture. Especially in the context of the current covid epidemic. And to
solve this problem,Dell will find come up with ways to solve work space problems in the current
context, to solve and create a professional workspace that can meet the technology of the 4.0 era,
connect employees to access with employment .Create a professional and positive working
environment wherever you are.

2.2 Scope and Times


Scope of the project: Research and survey to transform workplaces to adapt to the current epidemic
situation

research project on designing professional workplace spaces for employees through digital
supervision, where employees can still work under the company's close supervision, avoiding the
situation of quality assurance.

Survey time: take place in 1 month

2.3 Quality

In this report, we will be based on information obtained from current employees. With more than 100
employees working for the company. In this project, we will use both methods of determining
qualitative and quantitative to get the most accurate information from employees.

On the majority, we will issue a series of questions on the system so that all employees at the company
can participate in the survey, employees when surveyed here they will answer according to the
questions that we ask. I have launched to get information

In addition, to get more information from many different aspects because of the yes or no questions.
We will also interview directly at the workplace about 30 employees to know many different aspects.
These questions are also because we prepare question faces that will give us a more overview of the
issue of interest. Therefore, this data source that we collect will be accurate and reality.

The progress of the project is divided into departments

Apple is a large and famous company in the field of technology and electronics. To stand firmly in the
Vietnamese market. The company has repeatedly experienced many difficulties to improvise with
each real situation. In the current complicated epidemic situation, Apple Corporation in particular
and all other businesses are planning to apply the transformation with employees in real-time digital
technology. Their job is to plan to manage employees effectively to avoid the situation of employees
in the company avoiding work, turning a blind eye in the company. work or work tirelessly without
being proactive at work. Ensure that the work is still carried out normally and effectively as when
employees come to the office when working, but still create a comfortable atmosphere for them.

As a corporation operating in the field of computers and smart devices, the company's machinery
and technology system is equipped with very modern, advanced machines suitable for each real
situation.More , a closed production process along with a skilled workforce who are always
creative and enthusiastic have created the strength of the company as it is today.

During the epidemic, the company's employees could not come to work. The company has launched
many learning and training programs as well as remuneration policies to keep employees more
talented and creative. To motivate employees to improve and maintain their work style, to do that,
Apple has done the following:

• Implement employment trends for employees

• Develop a compensation policy for employees during the epidemic, for example: employees are still
paid during the epidemic, an allowance of 200,000d if the employee is sick...

• Build a sync network like gg meet, make sure all employees have their mics on and work properly.

In addition, apple also has a move to always encourage employees, pay attention to spiritual life to
show empathy for difficult situations, encourage and comfort them to overcome difficulties and be
positive. extreme with work.

creating a professional team.

Also a company operating in the field of technology and machinery. Dell also constantly strives to
develop to bring many products with spiritual and valuable values. Moreover, on the market today,
there are many competitors such as Apple, Samsung ....

Workforce transformation is one of the four key 'Transformation' messages Dell EMC is bringing
to market, along with Digital Transformation, IT Transformation, and Security Transformation.
It is therefore important that you, our primary partner, understand our message and be able to benefit
from marketing related to it. The workplace is changing. Gone are the days when IT decision-makers
were solely responsible for determining the technology their organization needed and used. As
technology advances at a rapid pace, many stakeholders also have a say in how and where they
work.(Dell,2021)

The first thing that dell has been doing to compete with this fierce market is to invest a lot in very
modern equipment, always improving and finding new types of technology on a large scale to
bring to market. into production to create many quality products and attract customers
The second, dell always has the concept that employees are the key to success. Therefore, the staff
here is taken care of with great care, preferential employee benefits and many policies to retain
talents at here .

Therefore, Dell has to come up with many improved policies on employees and be proactive about
the network system during the epidemic, the company also offers many policies to reward employees
in the current epidemic situation. The company should adopt the following policies:

• Build a separate system so that all employees can work from home and ensure that the system has
the ability to monitor employees during work.

• When employees meet customers or have important company receptions, always encourage and
actively employees to come to work on time and take great responsibility for personal preparation
such as appropriate clothes, hair fine tune.

• Enhance sales and computer skills education for employees. Spend 2 sessions a week looking for
trends on the internet.

• Besides, health is extremely important in the working process. Therefore, employees should always
be reminded to avoid unsafe places and not let personal matters affect their work.

• Allowance for employees during the epidemic to retain many talented employees, subsidizing meals

The values of treating employees, which are always encouraged in the process of working from home,
will help employees have a good attitude at work and a serious demeanor. From there will create a
professional working system when working from home.

Planning and determining the right direction of the project is the key to the success or failure. If the project
