    PROJECTS

    Growth and Reproduction of Eudrilus eugeniae cultured on different


    feeding substances.
    I aimed on investigating the effect of potato peels mixed with
    cowdung on the growth and reproduction of Eudrilus eugeniae. The
    data may be useful for settingup vermiculture for large scale
    production of earthworms using different wastes residues. 
    Chemical Changes During Vermicomposting ( Perionyx excavatus)
    Of Weed ( Lamina minor).
    Weeds were collected and after proper procedure earthworms are
    cultered  in the composting process . After 15 days from both
    control and experimental sets cocoon and live worm free samples
    collected ; physiochemical properties were
    measured.Vermicompost is the product of microbial composting
    organic matter through earthworm activity .
    A Survey On Deposited Pollutants In The Drainagae Under
    Dharamnagar Municipal Council And Control Of Mosquitoes By
    Plant Products And Bio Control Agents .
    At the end of the survey the pollution status of the drains were very
    high and no of breeding places of mosquitoes develop in drains.All
    the 5 plants products has larvaecidal and pupaecidal properties ;
    neem , nishinda and lemon has more superior mortality effect than
    others. It is observed that larvae and pupae of mosquito in drains
    were reduced as these fishes feed them.So, we conclude that this
    bio- control agents can easily control mosquitoes and can provide
    mosquito free society in future.
