 Request for watchman

 Samples taken will be delivered right away to the Quality Assurance Officer
 Work will be temporarily halted if there is heavy rain or if the weather’s condition is dreadful.
 Every day, two men (body-body system) and a watchman will be dispatched. Also, the
schedules are rotated every week.

D. WTP Concerns

 Performance: good result and attitude


 Accept constructive rebuke and provide constructive rebuke.
 Open up yourself and be receptive to recommendations.
 The solution to every problem will be discussed in the toolbox meeting. Recognize and
celebrate the team's efforts.
 Anything will do as long as the deliverables are delivered accordingly.
 If someone requires assistance, someone must be willing to fill in the gaps. Be a team.
 If there’s no work for WTP2, proceed to pump station
 There will be form for monitoring and backwashing
 Hourly monitoring is needed for WTP1
 It is necessary to request JO right away for repair.
 Provide logbook for important instructions. This is for traceability of work needed to accomplish
or what actions needed to be done/ Turnover of work.
 Communicate or coordinate every time for effective production
 Inform first the maintenance personnel before the backwash

E. Safety

 The requested watchman must coordinate to ma’am Emma.


 Status of the previously given PPE’s. Return for replacement, report if it is already damaged or
already thrown away; this is for traceability. Fill up the PPE Status form.
 Before releasing new PPEs, the PPE Status Form must be filled out first concerning their previous
PPE’s.
 There will be new locker and shoe rack.
 Enforce a dry run if there will be newly implemented policy when in terms to PPE.
 If the PPE is not justified upon loss, it will be issued against to the owner.
 Proposal to provide working pants/ chemical suit.
 There will be sanctions if PPE is not used in a hard hat area.
 Smoking is allowed only to a certain designated area. Don’t smoke everywhere you want.
 Spartan boots only are recommended

 Request for a proper pantry
