UAL Awarding Body

Final major production

‘sides of a coin’

Deadline – 10th of June

Cinematography – Sam Frankum

Editor – Oliver Delacruz

Final idea
We have decided to do our second idea 'sides of a coin' where two bodies share
one consciousness. The way this works is the consciousness wakes up in one
body and goes through the whole day and when he falls asleep it switches to the
next body and goes through that same day again but as the different body. One
day this stops when one of them dies causing the other one to start his day
earlier and remembering slight thought and memory's o this other person, he
tries to find this person and stop the death from happening.

Rules and regulations

Group work
If you decide to work as a group, you must allocate roles. These
cannot be doubled and you must be confident and good at that role
(do not choose a group with your mate and get stuck with
production jobs you are not good at – your marking teacher will
decide if you can work with in that pair based on your expertise)

• ALL research will be carried out

individually – you must not submit the same research

• Production forms must be completed together in class (this is so we can see you working as
a group)

• You must ALL be at the filming of the production

• You must ALL be at the edit of the production

• In order to obtain an INDIVIDUAL grade, you must log EVERYDAY with what you did in
that team and what your role was for that day. This also is marked after each section and not
at the end.

• You must all individually evaluate

• You must all be part of the pitch and presentation process (this can be a group piece)

• Evidence of communication and meetings between you must also be uploaded

• You will be monitored and graded on your teamwork by the marking teacher who will also
keep a record of how you performed

Legal and ethical issues

When making our production we will think about people’s belief and feelings
when creating this. Since we have a supernatural film we don’t want to offend
anyone that may believe in these theory’s, so we won’t make it out to be bad or
good we are only going to use the theory for a story
